Ugh, he was wrong.  Sakura had definitely changed over the years.  She became more infuriating.  “I’m not throwing them away.  I’m letting them make their own life choices.  You know, like you’ve never done for me!  Have you ever considered how I feel or does your own desires fuel  you to force your will on me?”  Once again, she didn’t understand him.  He cared, even for those people.  He just didn’t think he needed to interfere if they weren’t actually in trouble.  They were being stupid though.  He knew that.

Oh no.  She was not going to be the one to barge out.  Sasuke was the wronged party here.  Taking his blueprints, he brushed past her at a quickened pace, exiting the room with some attempt at not looking like a petty fool.  “If you knew anything about me, you wouldn't have ruined something I care about.  Tch, you barely know me at all.  I wish you did.”

They’re the ones who actually saw what the hell you were about when we tried to drag you back to the place that FUCKED your life over!” the kunoichi seethed before she cooled herself with a flinty snort, swiping aside a tress of hair upset by her outburst. Huffing, she amended quietly, “For the record, I like having you around. It’s shoving your head up your own ass that I don’t, geez!”

“You have no idea what they did or didn’t see.  Stop pretending you know what I went through.  You have no idea.”   And now she’d smashed the table, causing the Uchiha to scramble to save the schematics he’d been looking at from the glass and coffee, which was no easy task with only one hand and a paper that was larger than the table had been.

He managed to hold the paper up in the air, brows shifting downwards as he glared over at her.  Careless, as usual.  That word could best be used to describe his teammates.  “Don’t mention the massacre.  Don’t mention my family.  You clearly don’t care.”  More than he was angry, the Uchiha appeared distressed.  Coffee had splashed across an important part of the diagram and he had no idea how to get it out..  Did he try to dab it with the napkins and risk smearing it all over or take it to the records department to be officially cleaned and risk it drying?  The ink was older than the village itself.  It could easily be wiped away.  He should go to the records department.  “I never should have let you in.”
