Dr. Sassan Naderi has served as an Emergency Medicine specialist based in New York for over 15 years. He has been an attending physician at multiple locations, such as New York University Medical Center, Bellevue Medical Center, Westchester Medical Center, and Richmond University County Medical Center. He holds board certifications in Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine, as well as medical licenses in the states of California, New York and New Jersey. Sassan Naderi, MD is a member of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine (AAEM) as well as the American College of Emergency Medicine (ACEP) and is the immediate past Chairman of the International Committee of AAEM. Dr. Naderi is also the founder of the Emergency Medicine fellowship program at Mission Hospital in Durgapur, West Bengal, India and well as founder of multiple national and international conferences. He is the author of the Intensive Review for the Emergency Medicine Qualifying Exam and has written numerous pier reviewed article and chapters. He currently works at New York Presbyterian Hospital of Queens as Associate Director. He is also actively involved in research, educating residents, and teaching his board review course based on his textbook.

Board Certified Physician of Emergency Medicine
For the past 18 years, Dr. Sassan Naderi has been a Board Certified Emergency Physician holding licenses in California, New Jersey and New York. He has been an Attending Physician at several hospitals including Coney Island Hospital, New York - Presbyterian Hospital of Queens, New York University Medical Center and Bellevue Medical Center.  
He is a recent graduate of the New York Law school with a Juris Doctor Degree.
He is certified in Basic Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support.
His extensive background includes memberships with the American Academy of Emergency Medicine (AAEM) as well as the American College of Emergency Medicine (ACE).  He is also the Co-Founder of the Emergency Medicine Fellowship Program at Mission Hospital in Durgapur, West Bengal, India.  
He has taught and given lectures all over the US, India, Malaysia, South Africa and Spain to name a few, on a multitude of medical topics.  Most recently his research and focus has been on the creation of pathways to solutions for the opioid epidemic plaguing millions of people around the world. With his work and research, Dr. Naderi was awarded as a Hearst Foundation Scholar in addiction medicine in 2017.  This honor is among his many others awards he has received for his excellence in teaching.
Dr. Naderi's knowledge and expertise has been sought after by many and he has been published and quoted in several medical journals, books and publications.  He is also the Co-Author of the Intensive Review for the Emergency Medicine Qualifying Exam and peer reviewed journals.
