Hey, I realize I never posted it here, but me and a small team have picked up Phantom Busters to translate into english!

This is a shining beacon for me, something I put a LOT of effort in and am so so lucky to have a team just as motivated and in love with the story as me!

Updates are kinda slow, but I promise we're working on it dilligently! I hope everyone's enjoying so far and continues to do so~

Phantom Busters é um mangá recém serializado de comédia que acompanha 4 jovens do ensino médio enquanto formam seu clube de caça fantasmas! Quando eu li, fiquei completamente apaixonada pelos personagens e decidi que não poderia ficar sozinha nessa!

Atualmente estou com o capítulo 1 traduzido em PTBR e já está engatado para que eu termine o capítulo 2 logo mais! Mas, como estou completamente sozinha nessa aventura, ficaria muito feliz se alguém pudesse me ajudar em todas as frontes (limpar página, digitar as falas, traduzir).

Espero algum dia poder trazer um scan de qualidade melhor também... :')

Oiiii voltei! Faz tempo, neh? Já saiu todo mundo e saiu até música pra isso. Imagino que vocês já devam ter visto outras traduções em inglês (talvez até outra em PTBR que eu não conheça), mas queria postar mesmo assim porque não gosto de deixar as coisas por terminar.

A vida endureceu desde que eu comecei esse projetinho, mas gostaria de continuar traduzindo coisas, especialmente para o português. Obrigada pela paciência.

Meus senpais me ajudaram com isso, mas finalmente está diminuindo a quantidade de correções que eles fazem, então estou bem feliz com meu progresso!

Hey guys! It's been quite a bit of time, all the characters have been released and we even got some information on the project and a song + MV! I apologize for my abscence, but life got very much in the way and I couldn't finish these soon.

I'm sure everyone has already seen the other wonderful translations, but I hate leaving things unfinished, so I'm posting these anyway!

I've had help from my senpai again, but I'm happy to see my growth when it comes to the number of corrections they've had to make! I thank them for their endless patience with me.

I looove when staff create for the projects they work on of their own volition, really shows that they're proud of what they've done!

Especially Ugonba-sensei? Holy shit? Everyone else kinda just did a headshot but they went ALL OUT for Klark & Louter that art is GORGEOUS! They even did a speedpaint!

Here's the remaining Blue Bouquet Boy!

I was gonna post Myunna only alongside the complete Blue Bouquet post, but I actually wanna talk about some translation notes for this character!

Myunna's little blerb sentence thingy used a lot of rice/flour related kanji I didn't fucking know SHIT about.

They describe Myunna as, essentially, "a hardworking novice", but for "novice" they use the word 新米, which literally means new rice/first crop of the year and is a rather unusual term for the word "novice". It's why I decided to also describe him as a "sprout" rather than just a boring "novice".

They also describe him as "身を粉にがんばる" which essentially means "turning one's own body into flour (from effort)". Jisho itself already coined in "to "grind" one's body into dust" so I borrowed the concept of "grinding" from there.

The entire sentence would literally translate into something like "A new rice grinding it's own body into flour (from effort)", so I tried to leave a similar tone.

dunno if that worked lol HUUUGE IMMENSE shoutout to my N2 level senpai who's got an encyclopedic knowledge of weird ass japanese terms and phrases and will 100% get the MEXT internship next year!!!

Neon Carnival Seiyuu Talk Rough Translation!

Hey guys! Neon Carnival, the Nu Carnival anniversary live, was a while ago and we had the pleasure of seeing Eiden’s seiyuu, Netoru Irakusa, and Olivine’s seiyuu, One Night Love. They bantered and answered some game related questions and it was generally a lot of fun!

My japanese is far from perfect, but I tried my best in providing a rough translation of the bit below. Please keep in mind my lack of fluency, therefore, the translation might not be extremely accurate! There’s a fair bit of guesswork through context, so please be considerate and if you spot mistakes you’re free to message me to fix them.

I refer to this translation by idololivine a lot for this. They translated from the chinese live translation of this and the host comments. Everytime I mention something the host said, it is taken directly from their translation, so please be sure to check their work out!
