"Failure is a Detour not a Dead end street"
Hi ,i am unemployed and here is my adventure of this phase.
Today completed a year of unemployement as it was LWD on same date way back in 2019.
Nobody love to be unemployed and i am one of that nobody.One of valuable thing i learned that you plan like pro but at the end god actually execute it.
Been hustling since a year to get back to track .its difficult for a gal to digest adapt and sustain self in wave who is continiously working since 7+ years. Suddenly unwanted guest "Unemployment" knocked ,staying with her and god knows only how longer this stay will be.
Strange i sound but some actual realization/learning/exp about this period i would like to share.
1.Patience level: Master in patience degree
This year made me to do free certification of "Patience".
.
2.Restore faith : Keep your faith on destiny and god.If they made you to come so long sure they will be there ahead too. Just wait for there move.
3.Keep hustling but don't loose hope .Always aim for high hopes.
4.Showned how monetary value is judging point for your Aura or identity. Don't feel bad about self but try to improve.
5.Nobody cares and understand about you ,So never expect them to be part of your bad times.
6. People keep judging you for not getting offers but they won't be ready to listen BTS.
7.Noone will be ready to refer you or will come forward to help you untill and unless you beg for this.So stop expecting.
8.I stopped refering people may sound bitter but fact is if you are good to others in difficult times but they won't help you in your bad phase.Even they don't remember debt of kindness you credited to them.
9.Colors of humanity can be seen and yes it hurt when it comes from people upon whom you have faith.
10.Suicide : Yes being human depression is phase that made me to take sucidal step twice but Wait No No its not a solution .
Trust me devil takes over you but think about family and life you are gifted with.
"Yeh socho bhale job nahi aj per kal ayegi
But yeh life ek bar gayi fir wapis nahi ayegi".
Abhi tumhe bahut dhamal aur maje karne life ke๐๐๐
11.Cry your heart louder : Shedding tears is not at all sign of weakness , symapthy gainer or dumb but it's actually a one of healer ,So cry your heart louder without caring about other judgement.
Hug yourself for being strong throughout wave and facing it with energy.. CareerAchievements can be gain afterwards,so dont feel sad for your minute accomplishment.Dressup ,pull your chins up,Do lips excercise by smiling,focus and stay happy.
Hoping with bright eyes in 2021 to celebrate new job offer and good vibes with glorious time ahead๐๐๐๐๐ค๐ค๐ค
Yes i will hug myself for being a strong warrior girl survived in this year and request you all to hug self for standing strong in your bad times.

Act like medicine ||They need you. "Stay positive things will be in place soon" This sentence each of us heard and communicated to others too,But really does this sentence really moivates someone in their bad times.Give a thought. Have you ever thought that of any of your dearest one it could be your parents,sibling soulmate love,freindsor colleague goes through bad times in their lives and what they need from you in such phase of life. General we always say to them that its a bad phase will be healed by time or stay strong etc. Lets consider your dearest one is unemployed for couple of months or years burdened with responsiblities now if that person comes to you or open his heavy heart front of you but you tell to stay positive and be strong.In such case really this lines will not help that person to comeover his depression . When people go through bad times they need their close people to stay with them which gives strength to fight wid bad times not a such sentences in 2 minutes conversation call or meetups. In such situation instead of help people question about maturity of person who is suffering from just because they openedup their heart and cried in front of you. Isnt that unfair? Depression always comes with Anxiety which disturb mental health completly and its tranumatic.In such cases person goes with negative energy ,become sad and silent ,always do over thinkingand cry all the time.For them life is over or they think they are not capable enough to do things ,never achieved any thing or completely they are looser. Its a mental disease that make people life hell and cant be curef by medicine. Being human we all know although we think to be strong or positive but we breakdown at one point and such wrds never help to overcome .Its a just way to escape . Some people accept but some due to ego or for sake of false identity never show the same. Showing emotions in such cases is acceptable and nothing wrong in it. Lets accept & stop giving false motivation by such words. Actual motivation booster will be if you listen to them, meet them,try some other way to help them to overcome situation instead of ignoring calls & mssgs , by maintaining distance with them.Understand them ,Make them confident and strong. No one is so much busy that cant spare 5 minutes for people who need them.Your five minutes can really help someone to overcome with anxiety & depression. We all are suffering from numerous issues in life but you never know when life play twist in your life . Do try and bring light in someones life which is full of darkness. Stay with them because they need you completely. Be their reason to be strong and act lilke medicine. It wont cost anything but still your efforts will be valuable.
