After attending my cousins first wedding shower (her 2nd one will be in 2 weeks) I was really intrigued by some of the traditions/formalities/preparation one goes through before getting married. It makes me wish I had a continuous registry—always adding things I may want or need and then others can claim them and buy them for me. HOW great would that me. IF ONLY.
but no in all serious, I truly admire the bravery and courage it takes to say yes to commiting yourself to that one person—-to be there above all for anything. It really takes a strong person to do that and I think when you find the right person you fully understand what that means and feel ready to commit to that level.
Here’s to finding out I’m strong enough to do so; and that I find a person worthy of doing it for and that I may find someone who can say yes for me.

(via mingdliu)
I am the girl who prefers to spend her Friday night curled up with her pillow, reading a good novel, and I am also the girl who likes to go out on a Saturday night and dance until the DJ plays his last song. I am the girl who wants to wear beat up converses and an oversized sweatshirt, and I am also the girl who who owns over sixty dresses and too many shoes to count. Why did it become okay to say one is better than the other? Because I am all of that.
