★Snacks in between times★ ; 3 oranges and an apple

Rant of the day ;
Nothing to rant about, I don't have such severe headaches, no runny nose, just dry cough and that’s all, so I managed to work out today (heheh boye). Anddd well, nothing else to share. Today was good!

Rant of the day ;
Clearly there doesnt seem to be any change despite me limiting myself really, really hard- but I won’t say anything since I did not work out today which does help burn calories ofc... Main reason or that is that atm I’m sick and not feeling too well so I can’t move around much- mainly I lied down for the whole day and was literally dying on the couch from severe headaches and back pains, particularly in one area- in the upper back to be precise:/. I cough a lot and sneeze too, i’ve done the covid test and it was negative so - covid is out of question. Flu is an option but im not entirely sure if it really is flu, usually I recover after a day or two with flu. It’s been like what- 2/3 days now with this going on??? First few days were okay and bearable then today rolled along! But that is it for today. Thanks for reading if you actually managed to stumble upon my blog..

Day 2 and Day 3 - Saturday and Sunday summary 11/12/21-12/12/21

Just like the last day I ate a LOT... But because I did not really keep track I cant say for sure what I ate on that day, I was quite busy on Saturdays and Sundays hence I was not updating anything
But all I can say- I ate - literally way too much, I ate a crap ton counting that my calorie limit for drastic weight loss should be 700 calories! I feel like I ate over the 1200 calories limit even...
But all in all this is an update for both Saturday and Sunday
On Sunday I did not eat anything except for grilled cheese in the morning.

Rant for the summary ;
Okay no justification here but I was kinda stressed for getting my business studies mark back, since usually I get Cs or Bs - and I thought I’d have to be disappointing my parents again hence I binge ate out of the stress- like i ALWAYS do... (In general I do but this time was extreme) BUT I got results on Sunday, which was an A (yaaay!) and hence felt good enough to not really eat on that day- i was so happy that honestly I didnt really feel hungry throughout the day! Which was good but it didn’t make quite a change in my weight so- rip..... An add on is that I started working out again but i did not work out on Sunday, I got sick and YEAAA not the best times atm...

I ate quite a lot today... but Ill go into detail-
✭ Morning ✭ ; Bowl of oats with butter and some milk, but no sugar (it was still very yummy)
✭ Afternoon ✭ ; Im not too sure what its called? But spicy chicken with those- bean like things? Its like dried peas or something- its yellow... Idk...
✭ Evening ✭ ; half a portion of noodles with some topokki
✭ Snacks in between times ✭ ; all together 8 biscuits, 1 slice of bread, 3 chocolate truffles.

I dont really know what to even say here... Im a fat pig what else can I say? I keep eating and eating and eating there’s no limit to it whatsoever, I can eat a full course meal and then be ready to eat another one almost right after finishing one.
Might purge later- but Im really tired right now and dont know if i will take a shower later....
