— when I was in the drawing room making these characters, i wanted them to be pretty dramatic foils for each other (Henry and 5 especially). Thematically, they're very similar, but their time as kindred shaped the way they cope with situations. The main theme they explore in TBONY is love especially the love they have for their childer.

I've grown really attatched to them lol. My favourite one I've made was 5 (Vasiliki)! She's super old and powerful and her backstory goes hard haha. I love her beef with the Prince of Athens.
