“This intriguing formation, which resembles a fish’s or perhaps a dragon’s head, was discovered by Leigh Pugh on Stanton Moor Edge, near Birchover, when he was out trying to capture a photo of the sunrise. However, it was too cloudy to get a proper photo and that is when the photographer got the feeling that he was being watched.“
