At this time, I see a need for appearing in the smth new one. I would call it a sharpness. Our mind, consciousness by means of sharpness fixates a reality sends it on death. The value has been used in this sad way. If somebody finds the true ratio between sharpness, immobility of the body and presence of Divine Self, in this case, things will start to obtain a new way of manifestation. I look into the world which is emitting the new frequency. I see panic and fear. Those who are sure in immortality afraid a death. Illness, a virus is thought which was perceived in a body. Nevertheless, change the human way to get feelings is unreal for now. Any rhythm disturbance is an attempt to change the environment a bit though. On-body level, it flows so, like you can see it now in the world. It is only the first music note for a new rhythm. It will be far more intensive. This music note descended a force on a new level of the physical body. Force descended right down to the navel in the global sense. World of consciousness is accessible for anyone.

While the rest world drives ahead in search of the arrow of time, the reality rests in the less particle of itself. Any sentient person feels the beginning and the end, some period between awakening and sleeping which called a life. It reminds me of some a process that time between these significances is only an installing of the prior circle. It is only returning to the initial point of a circle rather than to smth new one. Relocation to a new point of space on the surface of our identity is shaped by a biological conscious mechanism which one handles by genuine task has taken before embodying in these conditions. Our questions stem from a common task that amplifying of the accuracy of the implementation of our life goal. Brain and mind work as if a circuit of mental magnets which attract thoughts and embodies them in casual life. It is not only a field in which penetrates a mental vibration, but this is also a magnet for certain types of thoughts. Such a magnet is turning on and leads us along the line of life. All the way through which we must go is defined by the preliminary properties of the embodied entity. Thoughts are only the variables of the constant of life. The main property is the conductance of Force. It is a definition of our possibility of being self-aware and able to create an independent part of the mind that will become to go through self and go out directly in consciousness. The bodily stage starts after obtaining access to the free area of consciousness and the constant stream of Force. Need to perceive Force for granted, as part of the self. You are God which are awakening to Light of yourself. Altered states of consciousness are our genuine nature, it is the very nature of Light with the widest probabilities of the single reality. The oblivion is only the weak ability of attention. The activity of the brain obfuscates us but the less particle of attention is able to grow up in any conditions and thanking of them. Silence dispels our uncertainty and comes to the immobility of the bodily space of consciousness.

Accuracy of perceiving is the most important thing if you want to immerse the inside. But how get this like said higher? I know only one way, it is refusal from self. The refusal as a permit in passing in the great latitude of consciousness. One from row conditions for it is aligning inner perceiving with outer perceiving. I mean a state when hard or impossible distinguish one from other. A real example is a physical pain in the body and absolutely tranquil physical reaction on it. As if, it is smth going on outer your body. And than more pain then better for the experience. Pain is an element that fixates some shape. The main hardship with pain is saving by pain previous experience about appearing of pulsing of pain. This memory intensifies all feelings because pain exists only in the movement of consciousness in the flow of time. Observation creates of the time. The Observation fixates visual waves by means of forms, and forms are synonyms of pain. Question is to find a solution where forms live in instant mode of perceiving of time. Without steps from one to others, without frames. It is a physical task for yogins, the real enigma.

There is a ratio between becoming and ascending. Following this ratio is a warranty of high protective power. Because it is creating the condition for the highest presence in the outermost parts of adhar. If something distracts attention from immersion in self it means that attention is far from aim. Spatial perception is possible if although one point exists. The point begets worlds. Any identifiable object, entity and a similar one is aware only because it has the same nature as an observer. It resembles as if observer submerged in objects and they change by roles. Unchangeable background of the incredibly changeable world. All things are illuminated inwardly because there is laying their genuine source. Each piece of the material world is similar to the divine substance literally. Heading to self is the path of one. -------- Doing yoga in the body is a very specific process. It claims of mindfulness all the time. In the standard yogic way, you should choose some direction cast away all doubts and take off your attention from all points, besides top point above mind. This top point is a single aim. Philosophy, explanations, rituals and so on are no matters. But here the single point is so diverse one. The body is a manifestation of all diversity of Dynamic Brahman. Constant observation on the embedding of forces, influences, presences, entities, etc. It doesn't exist unimportant things, all is an extremely important one. Demanding to be able to accommodate all around is the basis for body yoga. This is a physical reimagining of all-around. The material world is a uniform one regardless of visible diversity. -------- Andrey. Strong white light on level third chakra with ascending lines towards the top of the head. Black spots near to kidneys. There is the presence of Mother inwardly (in the chest area).. The mind is heavy and cut off from light above. Force descends across the backward part of the head like a thin flow. --- Nirakar. Strong white light above the head like a white spot. The flow of force became wider and denser. The Mind is concentrated in an area in front of own face. The body is thin and weak, especially beneath. --- Transparent. Weird changings. The inner realm in chest retreated deeply inside. Star in a circle in its forehead. It is like a tunnel in heaven. Smth inside of you want to leave this world. Possibly, smth is scared and moreover tired. But now, I see that your adhar became more proper for physical yoga and your legs partly transparent in top parts. On the face is white light. I mean a chin and nose. --- Nick. Free space of mind without borders in the midst. Transparency in mind amid this area. The identity of the mind was strongly dissolved. The structure under the basis of the neck has a black color that resembles me a basalt color and substance as well. I have the impression that all power gone and realize itself in the mental realm. Soles have a pink color) -------- Things are saturating us real knowledge, doing us in touching with awareness. Initiation is the consent to be by itself.

Inner mind occupies all parts of outer activity. Transformations come from different moments of life and completely unexpectedly. Something from inside unfolds each second.  The incremental movement slides out of the laws of nature. Unlike the mental mind, consciousness stands beyond expectations, standpoints, mental ideas. It accomplishes its own rhythm which is hidden from comprehension by a human. Aim of it is simple. It is an alignment of all elements. Every instant of our life, each nothing meaning moment is the grain of genuine worship for Force dedicated by Consciousness and for Consciousness dedicated by Force. Love is the real result of an eternal equation. Love bears us to the underlying cause of the world. Bliss. Nothing besides God is anywhere. In each thing is only one, it is proximity to the presence of God and understanding of Him by means of this thing. The usual view of our life must be surrender. This is like moving across the hidden one and opened now realm in usual things. The viable spirit of personality dissolves in something genuine silent one, but filled dense silent life. All consciousness turns into thorough attention for following by real light which is the deepest part of any consciousness. The world supplies us with materials for rapid learning. Circumstances are the most proper conditions for yoga. All already given. Conditions are perfect. The legible way is the efficient revealing of alive attention in the substance of things. Elevations of highest forces lay in caves and in deeps of the body. The seamless thing. .

Virtually, all things around reflect in consciousness like objects which were created our perception in that view as they perceive by us. Putting on these numerous appearances, it seems such understandable. Mostly, it is the reaction of safety. An only prepared mind is able to withstand this automatical reaction. Borders of our jail are invincible and rigid one. State out of time was tied with sounding of mantra and now mantra generates this state there where mantra sounds. Obsessive thoughts, wishes, and movements in different areas of adhar quit at once as the only mantra starts to sound. This state literally devours the usual mind resembling smth like space of density of sat. I have some hardships with it because close people don't prepare for it. Observing of persons from time to time I understand that each one on yoga way is the dare for others. Inner vibration in yogin annihilates not only different states of the yogin, but similar states in surrounding people around him. This spread takes place constantly. Comfortable zone nearby yogin impossible. Yogin is the bearer of the plague. Because I should take it and fix up these influences again and again. The work imbues in others. No matter, it is consciously or not. Between bodies, don't exist borders. The mind tries to divide all around into small pieces for safe feeling one, but so it loses a possibility to find self. -------- The whole mass of light descends here like some world of transparent white light. Pression in the body when the force is descended not always it is resistance. Now I see it is an attempt to get a shape. It is like customization of force-consciousness. This is getting up every day, like need to be more than yesterday. I feel a sense as if I am in the temple and my adhar is the temple where the light set up like god. The spacious world is set inside.

I revealed and managed to fetch state in which doesn't exist a difference in approaches to yoga rules anymore. Any moment of life allows being in an ideal position every instant. Before it was more in theory, but now it is fact. Usual consciousness resembles of cutting smth off. Smth beyond of the flow of life. Need to be able to embed yourself to the flow and being in the moment. It is not a consent to do smth. It reminds movement from point to point. As if everything in me aligns at the moment. The beginning and the finish differ each other by the ration of time in which you are able to be like a part of One. It is not elevating until the top point of us. It discovers ourselves there where it is. It keeps on. Inner things submerge into outer things and boundaries are dissolving. The unchangeable thing discovers yourself anywhere. The key to the equation of the human being is an issue of time. In human psychics, it reveals like losing the point of self-presence in all things.

The feeling of Divine resembles nothing, it is the instant beyond of time. And the quality of this experience depends on a force of absence of feeling of time. It is the key to this experience. The presence of Presence out of time illuminates all around in one endless frame of reality, like a common background for everything. In this state is only one an identifiable mark, it is a feeling of feeling one. In the deep is present smth like a permanent inner consciousness beyond of qualities. Even usual qualities in this state of consciousness are parts of this consciousness. And it is realized by ours like smth beyond of image and description. This consciousness is a uniformly placed in things. The ability to be scalable by its consciousness depends upon the experience and latitude of a subject. Fetching of this line of seeking, you get an elevation of consciousness by means of descending on level outer consciousness, where tend to be it is hidden by useless meanings of things.. Unlike the point of our mind, this thing comes like pour intuition. It reminds me of some breakpoints between one position and another one. As if now it is here, but across an instant already there. -------- Now, the mind is filled of intuition and it moves on rapidly and confidently, beholding of wide spatial areas. The proximity of Brahman is the more evident one as if smth material and touchable. The mind obstructs any intention, but the mind which is opened to intuition, like a bird in time of flight.

My mind is letting out of chains of doubts. Going after position beyond thoughts and interferences, it bears a new standpoint in spherical observation. These things get by through mind, aren't touching the genuine standpoint of self, the center of attention. I am setting off in a new stage of my way with extending wings and a transparent vision of the world. It keeps on the previous itinerary on a new turn of the spiral. Therefore, the period of the becoming in consciousness pass to finish. The becoming one team up with dynamic force from inside and top. It touches up different parts of adhar . But stickings with inner silence of things I can pave and predict my way exactly. Silence turns always up, resembling me glimpses of genuine existence of the forgotten past. The mind tries to pick out hidden from eyes an essence and cause of things. Something inside thinks up a distorted reflection of the going process in consciousness. This part of the mind induces me to think over such a position of things. But vision and knowledge inwardly are knowing preciously what's going on right now. Any talking over is a useless endeavor to get that what no matter a mean for it. I just put off it and move ahead. Touching a question about a looking over of current states of mind I may say, now I own space of wide consciousness which is stretched out across the body and around.

Этой ночью проходил любопытное обучение, иначе не назвать. Многократно проходил путь перехода в посмертное существование с прохождением через пограничные миры и состояния. Некий целый ритуал шаблонных действий. Перед тем , что мы зовем новым рождением, сознание чувствует полную дефрагментацию, иная личность, иной опыт. Собственно ради этого и существует все это. Словно переход в новую вселенную. Перед этим части сознания бывшей личности рассеиваются в те планы , вибрациям которым они соотвествуют. Там и ады и раи, все зависит от цельности на момент перехода. Этот путь повторялся многократно словно урок, десятки раз. До такой степени, что я уже знал все места и существ там. Второй опыт обучения был иным, но связанный с подобной темой. Сознание тренировали на мгновенный переход из состояния жизни в состояние постжизни или смерти. Словно миг и уже одно, потом опять это же. При полной ясности. Будто бы давали распробовать на вкус все детали и тонкости, получить некий автоматизм. Очевидно, что Сила проводит некий обучающий эксперимент с частями сознания. Она, в режиме онлайн дает новые типы восприятия, положения сознания, показывает на практике знание. Ощущается присутствие Махешвари.

Тело подобно некой вселенной, которая неподвижной массой-основой распростерто в глубину и широту. Э��о молчаливое пространство имеет как бы две выраженных постоянных - спектр восприятия и ощущаемую поверхность - барьер физического я. Сила нисходя сверху вниз, оказывает влияние не только на области сознания, но в большей степени на физические органы. В голове чувствуется плотность-давление, которые не являются таковыми в видимом физическом. В шеи спазмические волны, которые так же  не проявляется физически. В груди ощущается масса сердца и движения силы. Тело подобно Вишну спящему в водах Бесконечности. Все это пронизано каким то абсолютным чувством-состоянием Я или присутствия сознательного Нечто. --- Сила так же движется по видимой поверхности физического тела, словно малые потоки масс. Чувствительность к этому типу многократно выросла. Любая боль исчезает , если в ней возникает движение Вверх, к области над головой. Это становится более естественным и легким. Сила безлична в движении, но сквозь нее чувствуется единое присутствие Личности. Любая человеческая активность нашей обычной личности чувствуется и является только тем же самым если бы вы ощущали любые восприятия извне. Это тоже самое. Весь ключ практики в итендификации, автоматической с входящими восприятиями. Это то, что формирует и создает нас как человеческую личность. --- Сознание - это не просто некий пустой Сат, это плотность. После некого этапа, оно ощущается как масса-плотность, живого присутствия. Все наши ощущения способны стать вертикально восходящими - именно это и есть отдача их Высшему. Психология йогических процессов должна выйти в плоскость предельно физических ощущений. Язык психологичских явлений - это транскрипция реальности-тела на ментально-витальные центры захватывающего сознания. Пространство сознания обладает естественной способностью Внимания, которое способно к обратной траскрипции из умственных формул в физические чувства. --- Ментал, разум - это буквально механизм, в котором движение мысли, вспышки пониманий, закрепленные предпочтения имеют алгоритм и рисунок уникальной структуры, определенного шаблона устройства. Каждый тип связанной деятельности имеет частоту. Это не уникально, это универсально для всех. --- Сейчас в теле наблюдаются все ростущие процессы внезапных вспышек восторга, которые устремляются волнами Вверх. Каждая волна словно множество связанных мелких фрагментов. Все открытия и ��овые позици для самопереживания активно тестируется в бытовых ситуациях и меняются, когда сознание бытового, автоматического реагирования способно к замене осознанного отклика-молчания. Автоматизм заменяется движением массы молчаливого сознания-пространства, которое взирает на объект , впитывая его в себя, путем расширения. --- Активное усиление процесса разтождествления приводит к слиянию с физическими областями опыта и так по кругу. Словно продвижение в неизвестной области. Хотя это все тоже самое, просто это обретение новой способности проживания. Можно ощущать процессы восприятия как нечто абсолютно такое же как внешний звук, запах, видение, но это не буквально так же. Это как будто сознание ВНЕ того, что оно сознает, по описанию это Пуруша упанишад. Он может не просто быть вне, он способен двигаясь в ритмах Силы быть, оставаться свободным от этого движения, словно созерцает фильм. Адвайтическое переживание иллюзии, но не иллюзии мира, а иллюзии того множества вещей, которыми наши центры сознания были захваченны. Иллюзия не свободы. --- Сила, которая нисходит имеет абсолютно белый цвет и высокую плотность. Это масса движущийся сознательности, которая не основа на ментальной природе. Она - это состояние-присутствие-видение одновременно, без мысли, без чувства. В ней есть волны , словно волны белого света, которые могут нести некое переживание радости, безбрежной нежности самой по себе, без объекта, упоение существованием.

Inside, awoke a part of the mind that is able to the pure perception of conscious processes. It is something that able to be out of all actions naturally, without some practice and learning. Some element inner consciousness in which real cognition is opened to vision things how they are. Indeed, it is absolutely new for me, something like a transparent feeling of light, very wide and very quiet. I feel as if part of inner personality became mine and gave me a new vision and feeling reality. Approaching it was like a wave of deep silence which grabbed my mind and nature(an especially vital part of adhar). Now, I see a mental position to life how something like a constructor, some absolute mechanism. Theoretically, it was known, but in real experience is absolute another one. Personality, Self which stands behind our mind became strong and constant in usual life. It is like a transparent vision and presence with a feeling of the constant presence of Shakti(Mothering Force). Anyway, this stage was realized, fully.

The Force descends like some a density in my body. This feeling induces different reactions from parts of the physical body, such as a pressure in breast, throat, neck, and head. The first time, I felt touching to solar plexus like a presence of massive density there. The mind tries to justify different motions and to see this in usual light, but another mind which is appeared like something new one absolutely, moves through different objects how the highest intuition is able to see all around like the eye of pure vision. His regard penetrates in things and finds there space. Different things proceed without some sense, like something in itself. Moreover, all things are the thing in itself. The main thing, I started to feel how obsolescence in details is weaving our reality. Every instant is the bygone instant right now. The awareness doesn't catch of velocity of God and because we lose reality in a moment. The main feature of the mind is the function of comparative. But perception reality based on the instant without memory. And here hid real the key from the true cognition of true process in the world. The thinking mind is incapable of aware of this thing. He seeks an intelligible explanation there where it is impossible. The verbiage is our current reality for many centuries in any epochs. --------- Only one thing needs for a seeker, it is resonance with the force like a dot of silence without space. The memory is the keeper of time and space, a slave of death. Poetry, but it is a fact. How to get such a state, where two sides are simultaneously in us, the memory of the visible world and the immortality of eternal consciousness?

Progress inside consciousness goes on quite speedy.   I would say that the inner performing of some inner plan has a tendency to increase velocity. Insistently, central will goes on to push all structure of consciousness to Great Presence of Eternal Silence. The wretched personality who is my outer and visible shell is engulfed by it step by step. From this part of nature and mind requires inner obedience and all. Because Force is invincible in her movement. Nothing can't be able to withstand her. My mind got the ability to be out of the standard actions of the mental field. It is like some feature of peering to an unknown point which is feeling out of mathematics space. This ability birth inwardly and has qualities of silent space consciousness. Also, after this opening came one very interesting feeling. I mean some being filled of light and a bit more than me and out of my visible body`s borders. As if the being presides above me from the top and the latitude. I am only less part of him. I feel it. -------- Today, absolutely coincidentally, I got a feeling of delight in cells. It was the very evident flow to up as if a lot of dots in the delight were swayed in their ascending act to up. It repeated a lot of times, quite evidently. Force and Silence were descending from the top above my head and at the time, a lot of cells(dots) in the delight endeavored to up. It was immensely in those places where it was.

Yesterday, in meditation, i felt something new in top of mind. Its able to be out of feeling of body and usual personality. Some point in top of consciousness. This point gives possibility to launch process of go out from conglomerate usual human perception. -------- When force is descending in parts of adhar, i feel how to change feeble feelings on my lips, chicks, hands. How different vibrations start to be opened their unknown feeling of self-perception. Also, came up a feel of descending to down through into the body. Absolute void in deep of consciousness.

Full concentration on The Mother, her Vibration and Latitude is single condition and necessity for yoga. It gives sweet feeling of filled space around and waves of light. After descending of Force on level breast, there began some type of broadening like blooming of something alive and pure one. Some source of joy, almost delight. Sometimes, some part of my mind considers some objects, even humans and as if scan them. While, i dont see why. But it is.
