For everyone in recovery or working towards recovery
my best advice is put your mind on something else like I game to keep My mind off it or anything you know when your away from it and doing something else you won’t wanna think about it like I literally cut ties with people who was on it to stay away from it also tell your boss your in recovery and need like 2 weeks off to sleep I literally slept for like 2 weeks to get rid of the withdrawals after that I was back to normal me and @shortnessxx did it together
