Oh my word, Nissa and Dave are hitched. It was beautiful. No one fell in the lake. No one cried more than the appropriate amount. No one fell down (or up) the stairs. Overheard this guy offering advice to another teenager over the weekend and was ridiculously proud of him. He’s all kinds of kind, so slow to judge I sometimes want to help him along (what, sometimes all the info is RIGHT there and you simply can’t ignore the facts), and really...has moments of maturity that break up his more normal (for his age and temperament) waves of obliviousness that just make me catch my breath they’re so spot on. You make the world a better place for having been in it, young sir. And that’s my highest praise. We’re lucky to know you and over the moon happy to love you. *OF NOTE: I posted THIS photo specifically lest you suspect I’ve lost touch with reality. This is my teenage boy and he does have teenager mixed in with all that awesome. The teenager bit was really annoyed that I was snapping a picture and even more annoyed I was going to post about him.
