also of note is that max is potentially racefaking. he lists his race as being “Mexican”/“Hispanic” despite neither being a race and has been told by nonwhite latines to list whether he is white or not. he has not done so, and continues to act as if he is a poc. while not evidence he IS white, it is evidence that should be considered as him racefaking, as being hispanic and Mexican does not make someone a poc.

More will be added on Max’s behavior as some people have come forth saying max and his friends have stalked them.

Okay so, I don’t know how many of you are aware of this, but recently Tumblr blogger “darkyamcookie” deleted his account for currently unknown reasons. Someone on the CR community here took wind of this and told another blogger, malasaucecookie. The ask that Max (malasauce) answered has been deleted, but I still have evidence of its existence in this discord message sent through a private friends-only server:

The moment Elias saw this, he almost immediately began to break down. All the active users in the server also took notice of the ask. Things about the ask that we can see in the screenshot and that members of the server remember:

1) Anon (the first line) misgenders Elias by using she/her, when Elias exclusively uses he/him

2) From all accounts, Max also used she/her for Elias, though this could be a false memory; nonetheless, it is noted that Max DID use the wrong pronouns for Elias.

3) Max theorized that the reason Elias deleted was because he “misgendered Wheat Cookie by using she/her pronouns, got anon hate, and deleted under pressure”, or, well, something along these lines.

So while we can agree that perhaps using she/her pronouns for a character we still don’t know the gender of is wrong (save that can of worms for another time), the fact that Max also MISGENDERS ELIAS and basicaly publicly mocked him in an ask is more important than a fictional character, if you asked me.

About Elias: In the vent channel of our discord server, he straight up admitted to being completely terrified of what was going on. Max, a possibly much more popular (we don’t know the follower count, this is an estimate) blogger on the Cookie Run fandom had just MOCKED someone who was three years younger than him. Take note: Max is 20, Elias is 17. He told us he had become 17 just two months ago. This is UNBELIEVABLY fucked up.

I can only deduct here that Max thinks misgendering a fictional character we don’t know the gender of YET is more important than misgendering a 17 year old.

Yes, 17 year olds should know better. Maybe using she/her for an unknown cookie is a bad thing! I agree! But misgendering someone who’s way younger than you is MUCH, MUCH WORSE. Get your priorities straight, Max.

(I also don’t know who that ‘not the no race in bio’ tag refers to… ? We suspect it might also be Elias, but according to some of Max’ other posts this is actually someone who DM’d Max, so let’s leave that alone.)

There’s also ANOTHER post he made, right this morning, as we’re trying to get him to apologize for what he did. Let’s try to break this down (for the record, I’m copying the text to make it easier, but I have a backup screenshot in case the post gets deleted)

The friend Max is referring to (we won’t name any names of the people involved since this fandom is terrible and loves sending hate anons) claims to have used the correct pronouns for Elias. I believe this to be true: Elias is good friends with this person, so there’s no way either one of them could use the wrong pronouns. Especially, because, well, he/him is Elias’ ONLY set of pronouns. So I doubt this is the case: Max is most likely lying to make it seem like this friend is ALSO using they/them. Uhm, gross.

Yes, making posts on your blog DOES count as harrassment! Especially because you answered an ask and made it PUBLIC! To your FOLLOWERS! Elias LITERALLY broke down when someone saw the ask and sent it. I still have the messages from vent chat (well, they’re not deleted, so…) And you’re also refusing to owe up to your mistakes.

Max, this isn’t just a case of “don’t check my blog if you don’t like me”. This is gross! This is terrible! You’re one of the people who claims to want to protect the minors of this fandom, but when someone says something wrong that can easily be fixed, you mock them and misgender them. You’re twenty years old, Max! You should know better! You should ABSOLUTELY know better!!

I’m making this very long and tiring post to warn the people in this fandom. Max wants you to think he’s a good person, but he’s not! He will twist reality to turn lies into truths! He will not apologize if he thinks he didn’t wrong you, even if he DID wrong you! And it’s very clear he only cares about SOME minors in the fandom, not ALL minors in the fandom. Don’t interact with malasaucecookie. It’s not going to end well.
