I headcanon that Grian is autistic and when Grian gets overstimulated, he goes nonverbal, but because parrot, he can repeat stuff he’s heard before from other people kind of like echolalia. Scar finds this super cute and especially loves it when Grian uses stuff that Scar has said to communicate.

Grown knows how to play the guitar.mainly clam songs on acoustic but scar does not know this and walks in while he’s playing the most beautiful song and scars just speechless because boy was this beautiful.he was able to sit still and be quite enough that groan didn’t only notice him till it was over and groan got really embarrassed afterwards.

Not my idea but I wanted to share it

grian, being half avian, can chirp. and has this very specific chirp that he only makes around scar. whenever he's asked what it means he either refuses to tell or changes the subject completely, but during the hc x empires crossover they asked Jimmy what it meant. turns out its "I love you" in avian :D

scar will sometimes awake up to Grian not in bed but when he gets up to try to find him he finds Grian in the kitchen,not realizing what time it is and how early it is and making coffee or breakfast,or finds him asleep on the couch,remote in hand tv on probably woke up went to watch tv and knocked out halfway through.

don’t know if anyone’s done this one yet but when Grian gets happy he frappes his wings around as well as his hands ( like stimming) and he’ll get very happy when scars holding hand and sometimes accidentally decks him with his wings then apologizes ALOT afterwards

both of their love languages r physical touch. they are always touching in someway, holding hands, shoulder touches, grian perching on scar etc. they are CLINGY

I really love the idea that Grian Can cook really well… but he can’t bake. Vice versa goes to Scar, he can bake really well! Although… he’s not the strongest cook there is. Lol

When Scar tries to cook for Grian or when Grian tries to bake for Scar, the other one is always nervous and has to monitor the other heavily, making sure that they don’t burn the kitchen down (again). Neither of them really improve on their own, because the other ends up doing most of the work. But hey! The kitchen isn’t gone!

like scar will do something stupid and all the other hermits are just like ‘???’ and grians just like ‘wow isnt he wonderful 😍’

Part two to the one i made earlier. (About scar still being stuck in secret life right before they get married)

When scar back to hermitcraft he changed, and so hard grian. Grian to drown his sorrows about loosing his boyfriend had started to fish, but not casually. He started to become one with the ocean.

Scar had surived by himself in secret life for months, he started to go crazy. He thought he was back in 3rd life and started to remember all the games.

He looked for grian sure that he was just pranking him, that he would jumpscare him any minute. But grian never came, he wqs in hermitcraft.

When scar got back to hermitcraft there was alot of things changed, joel was there but he didnt know who lizzie was. That confused scar alot.

He started to look for grian, and when he found him, scar ran and tackled grian.

Grian (who was fishing) fell in to the water with a scar on his back.

Scar for weeks refused to let grian out of his sights, to scared that this will end up being a dream and he would still be in secret life.

Mumbo noticed how clingy scar was being with grian and asked why. Scar couldnt tell him, just thinking of the games caused him to have bad flash backs.

You know how Scar died in the ravine right? What if That was his last life? I don't know how or why but roll with me here. 

Scar dies and the one to return to Grian is a mirage from the desert - you know how cartoons make an oasis in the desert but for Grian, it’s just Scar.  ( maybe caused by the watchers, messing with Grian for becoming a player and not watching ??)

in last life, lives were traded through consensual touch with intention, the most common method being a handshake, or a hug between allies. on that first night when grian stole a life from scar they totally made out

Okay, they are both PAINS when it comes to things like birthdays and Christmas etc. because they will never EVER tell each other what they want neither will they tell anyone, subtle hints is the way they go and god forbid they get each other something that they don't want (they both complain about it for weeks)

Hi, I have this headcanon in mind, that Scar likes to give him pet names while Grian isn't the biggest fan of it, he secretly actually likes it.

grian is the big spoon he loves backpacking scar and scar keeps trying to get him to switch because surely having his entire face smothered in scar's (very muscular) back can't be comfortable??? but grian loves it and refuses to change cuddling positions

Scar is surprisingly good at massaging, so when Grian needs help preening and he looks a little too stressed Scar offers to massage his back— the results? Grian melts completely to the point that when Scar finishes the bird has straight up fallen asleep

Headcanon: After the various traumas/betrayals/losses/etc from YHS, Evo, and his time with the Watchers, Grian has a hard time admitting when someone or something is important to him. this led to Scar thinking that Grian was much less invested in their relationship (however they decided to define it) than he was. He was okay with that, but it did make him a little sad. That is until after 3rd Life, when Grian realized that the Watchers had his number on who was important to him, and he started forcing himself to admit how much Scar mattered to him, to Scar himself. That first conversation ended in a lot of stupid jokes and tearful hugs.
