Brought up on a colony in the Terminus systems, Anna is no stranger to the threats of space. After slavers attempted to take almost the entire colony hostage, Anna and her family moved to a planet that was under the protection of the Council. She was found to have been exposed to element zero, but not found viable for a biotic implant. She joined the Alliance as soon as she turned sixteen. Her skills in both alien languages and combat abilities caught the attention of many, and she was fast tracked through training. Anna emerged as a skilled sniper, and her aptitude for disguise, deception and clean kills made her the Alliance's first choice for covert operations. She was approached by the Illusive Man more than once, having caught his attention after wiping out an entire unit attempting to make a deal with an agent of the Shadow Broker. Despite the wishes of her family, Anna grew up with her eyes fixed on the stars, heart swelling with a determination to be up there one day. Her gift for language, her intelligence and surprising aptitude for combat situations meant that she excelled in the Starfleet Academy, graduating as a Communications Officer with more than one recommendation to her name. Anna joined the USS Enterprise after the Narada incident, and while she lived through the combined attacks of Admiral Marcus and of Khan, her faith in Starfleet Command has weakened - but she would trust Captain Kirk with her life. 

She sustained injuries in the battle, her left side receiving third degree burns, and while Doctor McCoy and his medical team were able to keep her from becoming crippled, those scars will stay with her for the rest of her life. Rank: Ensign, Communications Officer Assignment: USS Enterprise

Anna's family was one of the many that was left decimated in one of the many kaiju attacks that took place in the coastal cities. It was a fluke, something that should never have happened - a vacation that ended up with only Anna and her father left alive. Unable to bear the weight of her father's grief alone, Anna joined the air force, and later joined the PPDC to become one of the helicopter pilots that helped the jaeger pilots destroy the kaiju that had taken her family away from her. She was trained in unarmed combat during her time in the forces, and was initially taken down as a potential jaeger pilot, but she turned down the offer - not wanting to relive her memories in the drift with a stranger. The kaiju attack exposed her to kaiju blue, and while she was rescued by a medical team, the toxic liquid left third degree burns on the left side of her body - a constant reminder of the havoc that those monsters caused.
