Why Suicide Prevention Means So Much to Me 💔

Suicide prevention is something that has always been close to my heart, and for reasons I will never forget. When I was a little girl, I lost my uncle to suicide. It left a hole in my heart that I still carry with me today. That pain, that feeling of helplessness, pushed me to dedicate myself to raising awareness about mental health, especially depression and anxiety.

I know firsthand how it feels to struggle in silence, to feel like there’s no way out, and to believe you’re alone. I’ve been there myself, and I’ve felt the weight of those dark moments. But I also know that there is always hope. That’s why I’m so passionate about this cause—it’s about making sure people know they are never alone, no matter how hard it gets.

Every day, I remind myself and others that we have the power to make a difference, to reach out, to listen, and to love. Suicide doesn’t define us, but the love we share and the care we show each other does. I will always stand up for mental health awareness, because I believe that together, we can make a real change.
