Oh to be Felix’s little wife, sitting on his lap as we soak in the sun on a hot summers day. Applying lotion on our back, his hands are soft and gentle. He’ll let us lick from his popsicle and read whatever book is laid in front of him out loud. And if we’re good, maybe a little skinny dip session ⋆𐙚₊˚⊹♡

One Stressful Day
Summary: You had a rough day at work, but your boyfriend knows how to make you feel better ❤️
(This is another request from @scentedkittenperfection with Henry Cavill's Superman and Y/N ❤️ :) This is a Y/N fic ❤️ All bolded lines come from this prompt list here ❤️ :) If you would like to request a fic, you can send in an ask or talk directly through messages ❤️ :) Otherwise, enjoy! ❤️ :))
Tears pooled in the corners of your eyes as you hurried home. This had been the worst day of your entire life.
Well . . . that may been a slight exaggeration. But it had still been a horrible no good awful day.
First you had overslept your alarm by a lot. Then you had spilled your morning cup of coffee down the front of your entire outfit. After a hurried change, you had walked out your front door only to realize you were still in your slippers and had to go back in again. By the time you had gotten to work, your boss had given your earful about your tardiness.
And the problems had not stopped there.
Endless calls and conversations with upset people. Countless amounts of paperwork that had to be filled out today. Missed lunch so you could squeeze in a few more pages. And now, out all of days, it had decided to pour like freaking Niagara Falls was being released from the heavens when you had zero umbrella.
You sniffed and swiped at your face again, pushing yourself to get home faster. You could bawl when you finally got inside all of your familiar walls.
Once your front door was in sight, you immediately booked it.
As soon as your front door shut, you leaned against the wall. Both hands covered your face as you sunk down to the floor. The tears you had been holding in so desperately now poured out into your hands.
You curled into a little shivering ball as you made it onto the floor. All you wanted to do was stay in a ball of misery right there against your front door and never get back up.
"Y/N, is that you?" A familiar voice asked.
You had forgotten your boyfriend was coming by to visit today.
"Y/N?" The voice called again, a little louder this time. Y---."
You didn't even look up as footsteps hurried over to you.
"Y/N!" Two strong arms scooped you up. "Sweetie, what's wrong?"
You shifted to sob into your boyfriend's chest.
One arm held your body close while the other tugged wet strands of hair away from your sticky face. "Come on, tell me what happened."
"Today sucked," you got out between your sobs.
"I'm sorry." Clark brushed a kiss on your temple before pulling you close. "I've had my fair share of those before."
You sniffed and whiped your cheek with your arm. Your cheek came back to rest on your boyfriend's chest as you looked up at him.
Clark Kent's kind face smiled back at you behind two black glasses frames. "Hi."
A wet chuckle left your mouth. "Hihi."
Your sweet boyfriend tucked a few soggy strands behind your ears before giving you a gentle kiss on the lips. "Why don't you go have a long hot shower, get into your favorite comfy clothes, and I'll whip up a delicious meal that we can eat while we watch something on the TV.
You let out a tired hum. "That sounds so nice."
"Well then." Clark carefully stood with you in his arms. "You better go get in the shower."
More laughter escaped your mouth as he moved.
"You have an adorable laugh Giggly Kitten."
"Yohou hahave toho set me dohown."
"And why do I have to do that?" Clark teased as he peppered in a few more kisses into the exposed parts of your jaw and neck.
Your laughter switched to light giggles as you pushed against his chest. "Ihi neheed toho goho showeher."
Your boyfriend playfully sighed as he finally set you down. "If I must."
"Thahank yohou."
Clark playfully ruffled your hair. "Just hurry back."
You giggly hurried to your bedroom. Clark just always knew how to make you smile.
After an extremely hot shower and comfy pajamas that may or may not have included one of your boyfriend's t-shirts, you definitely felt a million times better. You would have added your slippers, but they had been soaked after your cry session on the floor.
You would just have to settle for a thick pair of fluffy socks.
Once you were dressed, you padded your way back out to the main living area. True to his word, Clark was busy cooking up something in the kitchen. Spices mingled as something sizzled in a nearby pot.
In short, the whole place smelled heavenly and made your very empty stomach gurgle loudly in response.
You snuck your way up behind your boyfriend. Once close enough, you wrapped both arms around him and rested your cheek on his back.
"Hihi sweetie," Clark greeted warmly.
"How'd you know it was me?"
"Oh." Your boyfriend pulled you around to his side. "I just had a feeling."
"What are you---?"
Clark started gently massaging your shoulders while also keeping an eye on the food. "Plus, last time I checked, you're the only one who would greet me that way."
You absolutely melted into the touch. Your boyfriend gave the best massages. Anytime you were stressed, you would beg him for even just a quick foot massage.
It wasn't even an official massage yet and you still felt so much more relaxed.
"You're so tense." Clark carefully started moving his hands down your back. "Today really was a horrible day."
"Mh-hm."
One hand left your back long enough to stir something on the stove, but it still pulled a small whine from your throat.
"Give me a second," your boyfriend teased before his hand brushed past your side. "You're so---."
A squeak left your mouth.
Clark's hands paused. "You okay?"
"Yes." You settled back down. "I'm fine."
"If you say so." The hands began began massaging your back again, but you had a feeling there was a mischievous grin on your boyfriend's face.
"Dohon't gehet any ideas."
His hands moved outward. "I have no idea what you're talking about."
"Clark."
There was a pause.
Then two hands squeezed along your sides.
You jumped back into your boyfriend, giggles spilling out into the tiny kitchen. "CLARK!"
"Clark isn't here anymore Giggle Kitten." Your boyfriend angled you away from the stove as he kept squeezing along your sides. "But Tickley Boo is."
"Noho! Nohot Tickelyhy Bohoo!"
"Too late." Your boyfriend moved up to your ribs. "He's already got you!"
You squealed and slipped down. "CLAHARK!"
A chuckle rumbled through your boyfriend's chest as he pulled you bridal style into his arms.
Your giggles started dying down. You laid your head on Clark's chest as he held you close.
At that exact moment, your stomach chose to make its presence known.
Clark immediately tried and failed to hide his laughter in a weak cough. "Tell your tummy that dinner will be ready in a few minutes."
"I'm trying," you whined back. "He's not listening to meeee."
After a few seconds pause, Clark clicked off the stove. "Maybe he'll listen to me."
You knew that tone. When you looked up, you also knew you recognized that look.
Immediately, you tried to jump out of his arms.
But your boyfriend just pulled you closer to him.
"Noho! Clahark, wahait!"
"What's wrong Y/N?" Clark leaned forward to whisper in your ear. “You wouldn’t happen to be ticklish, would you?”
You turtled. "Noho."
“Was that a giggle just now?”
You pressed your lips together, desperately shaking your head.
"I think it was."
A muffled squeak slipped out from your pressed together lips while your boyfriend lifted you higher.
"Oh Mr. Tummy." Clark quickly shifted your shirt up. "Tickley Boo needs to have a word with you."
A screech tore your mouth back open as Clark nuzzled his face into your stomach. "NAAAH! WAHAIT!"
"Listen Mr. Tum," your boyfriend spoke directly into your stomach. "You need to settle down right now. We'll feed you in a few minutes."
Of course your stomach chose right then to grumble even more loudly than last time.
Clark lifted his head just enough to giggle up at you. "He really isn't listening, is he?"
The warmth breath exiting your boyfriend's mouth still kept you giggling.
"Hmm, maybe he needs some raspberries to tie him over."
"Dohon't yohou daAARE! NAAH! CLARK!"
Your boyfriend continued nuzzling around your stomach, pausing occasionally to blow raspberries into certain spots.
Your hand came up to shove on his stupidly ticklish head. "GET AWAHAY!"
Clark jumped over to nuzzle into one of your sides. "Tickle tickle tickle."
"EEP! Noho! Don't say thahat!"
“What’s that? Stop saying tickle, tickle, tickle, tickle, tickle?”
"EEEE! YEHES!"
"What should I say then?" He moved to nuzzle into the opposite side. "Gootchie gootchie goo."
"SQUEE! NO!"
Clark lifted his head to give you a break. "Aww, you don't like that either?"
"Misteher Clahark Kehenet."
"Uh-oh," your boyfriend teased.
You held up a finger as your giggles slowly died down. "You sihir, ahare thehe world's biggest jeherk."
Another chuckle vibrated through Clark's chest as he shifted up to press your foreheads together. "And yohou ahare the most amazing person alihive. No matter what anyone says."
Warmth pooled in your heart before spreading throughout your entire body. You cupped your boyfriend's face with one hand while you placed a gentle kiss on his lips.
For a few seconds, you two stayed lip locked. He felt safe. He felt secure.
He felt like home.
When you two finally pulled away, it was back to pressing your foreheads together.
"I am so lucky to have yohou," you told your boyfriend.
Clark smiled back. "And I'm so lucky to have you too."
However, not all of the mischievousness was gone out of his eyes.
You held up a finger. "Dohon't ehevehen think about ihit."
Your stomach chose to add yet another complaint to the conversation.
Clark set you back down. "Go get cuddled up on the couch and I'll bring the food in there."
"Yohou want me to help plate things uhup?"
"Nope." Your boyfriend ruffled your hair while nudging you toward the door. "Go go go."
You giggled some more as you made your way to the couch.
A few moments later, Clark sauntered into the living room with two plates of food.
Once he was seated next to you, you immediately tucked into your meal while an episode from your comfort show played in the background.
"You are the most amazing chef," you complimented your boyfriend. "Five stars."
Clark smiled at you. "You're just saying that because you're starving."
"No I mean it." You ate your last bite. "You're so good."
"Why thank you."
After swallowing that last bite, you set your plate to the side so you could fully snuggle under the blanket.
Your boyfriend finished a few bites later and settled back against the couch. He then slid your feet into his lap.
You eyed your boyfriend suspiciously. "What are you doing?"
Your boyfriend removed your fluffy socks. "Finishing what I started."
Before you could respond, Clark started massaging his thumbs into the bottom of your foot.
Expecting a tickle attck, you tensed for half a second before you instantly melted. You didn't even realize how sore your feet were until Clark started working his magic.
He knew exactly how to make you putty in his hands.
Your boyfriend gently wiggled your toes. "Feeling more relaxed now?"
A few more giggles slipped out as you gave a small nod of contentment, eyes slowly slipping shut.
Meanwhile, Clark's hands started on your other foot. "An interesting thing happened to me today."
"Mh?" You acknowledged.
"Guess what?"
You cracked open an eye.
“A little birdie told me someone has ticklish feet."
Both of your eyes immediately flew open and your giggles started filling the room again as Clark's fingers started deliberating spidering along your foot.
"Very very ticklish feet."
"Clahark."
"Ah." He spidered his fingers up to your toes. "Call me by my real name."
You squeaked before again dissolving into laughter.
"Come on." He fiddled with your toes again. "You can do it."
"CLAARK!"
"Nope." Your boyfriend spidered back down to your heel. "Try again Giggly Kitten."
You tried to pout through your giggles, but it wouldn't stay put on your face.
"Starts with a Tickley." Clark spidered up your leg. "Ends with a Boo."
"Eep! Nohoho."
He reached your knee and hovered over the top.
"Dohon't."
"Not quite."
Then Clark spidered his hand under your knee.
Your laughter switched to loud cackles as you tried to tug your leg away. However, your boyfriend kept it firmly planted in his lap by holding onto your ankle.
You couldn't even bend your knee away. "CLAHARK!"
"Still not my name," your boyfriend teased as he spidered up to then squeeze your thighs.
"ACK! Nohohehehe!"
"That's a new sound."
"Tickely Bohoo!"
Clark pulled his hand away. "Finally."
By now, you were a red faced pile of giggles sagging into the couch.
Clark smiled at you as he went back to just playing with your toes.
Your entire body was now completely relaxed. All of the stress from the day had officially melted away into giggles, good food, and a great boyfriend who cared deeply about you.
You looked back up at Clark. "Ihi reallyhy reheallyhy lohove yohohou."
"I really really love you too." Your boyfriend rubbed your foot. "My little Giggly Kitten."
