This might be my favorite piece of PMMM fanart, I'm so serious.

Madoka with stars in her eyes, ready to ascend to godhood to end magical girl suffering, while her beloved friends cling to her and try to weigh her down. They don't want her to go.

The cake that looks like a bleeding Kyubey. The cake is also a nod to a line by Mami early on in the series, when she tells Madoka she should wish for a cake if she can't think of anything else she'd want.

The fact that Madoka is the only one in her school uniform while the others are in their magical girl forms, calling back to the fact that in the final timeline Madoka is the last one to contract and thus retains her innocence the longest.
