The Lululemon Murder

Brittany Norwood and Jayna Troxel Murray worked at the Lululemon Athletica store located at the Washington D.C suburb of Bethesda, Maryland. Brittany had a history of shoplifting though there is no specific reason, according to the known criteria, she wasn’t a Kleptomaniac.  In my opinion, she was somewhat addicted to Luxurious items but could not afford them. Everyone in her family was well off (engineers, etc.) but she might have felt that asking for money is embarrassing or humiliating; therefore, she resorted to stealing items instead. Moreover, thrill or adrenaline rush that she felt while doing so might have played a role of maintaining factor, too. Jayna caught Brittany red-handed stealing a pair of pants on March 11, 2011, and told her she was going to report her for stealing and other things she had shoplifted prior to this event. As a result, she enticed Jayna (victim) back to the store after they had already closed, claiming that she had forgotten her wallet at the store, was carrying her metro card and money, and so on. And there she killed Jayna by hitting her with various store items; the victim sustained 330 injuries and died on the 331st hit. Then the assailant went on with her plan by sabotaging the crime scene, destroying evidences, parking victim’s car 3 blocks away, then she came back and continued with self harming in order to make it look like a case of assault and robbery.

The Murder of Michele Avila

Michele Yvette Avila, also known as Missy, was a 17-year-old American schoolgirl living in Los Angeles. She left with her mother and three brothers. She was described as sweet and friendly.

Michele became best friends with a girl in her class called Karen Severson when the two were eight years old. They remained friends until high school when they began to drift apart. Karen was jealous of Michele because she was considered prettier, more popular and received more male attention than Karen. Karen was also upset Michele was spending less time with her and more time with boys. Karen began spreading rumours that Michele was having sex with various boys in the school, as a result, a group of girls who had heard Michele had slept with their boyfriends beat Michele up.

In junior year, Michele began dating a boy named Randy but ended their relationship after a month. Karen then began dating Randy and moved into an apartment with him. Randy continued to show a romantic interest in Michele who told him she was not interested in him and later told Karen about this and advised her to end the relationship. Karen grew angry and stopped speaking to Michele. Karen's anger escalated and when she later saw Michele in a public park threatened her with a broken beer bottle and slapped and pushed her.

On 1st October 1985, Michele told her mother she was seeing friends Laura Doyle, a friend of both girls, picked up Michele from her house. Four hours later Laura called Michele's home and asked to speak with Michele, when Michele's mother told Laura she thought Michele was with her Laura said she had dropped Michele off with three boys. After getting petrol, Laura said, she had returned to where she had dropped Michele off but Michele and the boys were gone.

On 4th October, Michele's body was found face down in a stream in Angeles National Forest. She had been drowned in eight inches of water and her hair had been hacked off. A four-foot log had been placed on top of the body.

Both Laura and Karen attended Michelle's funeral. Laura had sent Michele's family a sympathy card along with $20. Karen regularly visited the place Michele was found and kept pictures of Michele in her bedroom, she even told Michele's mother at one point she had seen Michele's ghost.

What had happened to Michele seemed to be a mystery, police had no leads in the case, no arrests were made and the case went cold.

In July 1988, Eva Chirumbolo, another classmate and friend who had taken the 45-minute drive into the mountains, told police about the murder. Laura and Karen were arrested and charged with first-degree murder. The two had taken Michele to the creek and shouted at her, accusing her of having sex with their boyfriends and berating her for messing up relationships. Laura and Karen then held Michele face down in the water, cut off her hair and placed a log on her body.

As the jury could not be convinced that the murder was planned, and therefore first-degree murder, Laura Doyle and Karen Severson were convicted of second-degree murder and sentenced to 15 years to life in prison each. Karen Severson was released from prison in 2011 and Laura Doyle in 2012.

After leaving prison, Karen Severson began promoting a book she had written about the crime and her prison experience and made a deal to have a film produced. Michele's family sued her for the profits. The state of California passed Missy's Law which requires those who are helping to publish work made by criminals to contact the victims of the family about the works.

In 2009, aspiring horrorcore rapper Richard (Syko Sam) McCroskey went to a concert with his girlfriend, Emma Neiderbrock, and a friend before heading back to stay the night at Neiderbrock’s home with her, the friend, and Emma Neiderbrock‘s mother. By the next morning, all but McCroskey would be dead. Richard McCroskey bludgeoned his girlfriend and the others in the home to death as they slept. When Emma’s father, Mark, arrived at the house a few days later, McCroskey bludgeoned him to death as well. McCroskey used an 8 pound wood splitting maul in all of the murders because he thought no one would suffer if they were hit with something so heavy.

Although some have tried to blame the murders on McCroskey’s love of horrorcore music, it’s believed his actual motive was because he became upset that his relationship with Emma was no longer going well. Richard McCroskey plead guilty to all four murders and was sentenced to life in prison.

Lisa French: Murdered Trick or Treating 

Lisa French had left her home at around 5:45 p.m. dressed as a hobo wearing a black felt hat, a green parka with blue masking tape on her jeans and dotted freckles on her cheeks. French originally intended to be accompanied by another friend, Ann Parker, on her way to an outdoor halloween party at Pumpkin Place on East Bank Street, but Parker had gotten in trouble with her parents and had been grounded so she had to stay at home, leaving French to trick-or-treat by herself. 

It was reported that French had made previous stops at a classmate’s house and the house of Karen Bauknect, a teacher of hers for candy before she made her way to Turner’s residence with the hopes of receiving more candy. When she arrived at Turner’s home, she rang his doorbell and said “trick-or-treat” as she walked into his open doorway, with her candy bag opened as Turner came to the door. According to Turner’s confession, Turner and French had begun to talk about candy and at some point during their encounter, Turner had lured her into his bedroom where he would proceed to violently sexually assault and murder French.

At some point after the sexual assault, Turner said that he attempted to revive the 9-year-old girl after she stopped breathing until his girlfriend, Arlene Penn, had arrived at the home. According to Penn, she arrived at the home at around 7 p.m., after attending the same halloween party with their child that French was supposed to attend that night as well. When she found Turner, he was wearing a bathrobe and claimed multiple times that he was “sick”. Penn also said that Turner had made several trips to the bedroom to lie down. French’s body had been placed in the bathroom adjacent to the bedroom, according to Turner’s confession.

After Penn left the residence at around 8:00 p.m. to go visit her mother, Turner had stuffed French’s body and clothes into separate bags and drove her body to Taycheedah, Wisconsin, where he discarded her corpse on McCabe Road in a farm field. Turner had worn socks on his hands when moving French, in an effort to avoid having the evidence of fingerprints on Lisa’s body or on the crime scene. He had also wiped down French’s shoes and the zipper of her parka jacket after she was killed. French’s mother, Maryann Gehrig, had started to grow worried about French’s whereabouts when she did not returned home at her mother’s instructed 7 p.m. curfew. By 10:00 p.m. a search party had arose and begun looking for the young girl.

On November 3, 1973 at 11:30 a.m., her body was discovered in two brown plastic bags behind a barbed wire fence near a forest on McCabe road, one containing French’s naked corpse, the other containing the clothing from her halloween costume. An autopsy performed on French’s body had revealed that French had died from asphyxiation though a pathologist had also stated she had died from circulatory shock from the sexual trauma that she endured.

In February 2015, 52 year old Australian native Peter Scully was arrested in the Philippines for horrific crimes against children. He was charged with rape, torture and murder and was found to be the ringleader of a huge online paedophile network which was largely invested in the production and distribution of violent child pornography on the dark web. His victims ranged in age from 18 months old to teenage girls. One such victim of his sadistic crimes was a 5 year old girl, who was hung upside down while she was tortured both physically and sexually by Scully and two minor accomplices. Her ordeal was publicised online.

Pictured top is a brief clip of Scully during an interview whilst imprisoned at the Cagayan de Oro City jail, during which he expresses little remorse for his vile crimes. Pictured bottom is the exhumation of a skeleton belonging to an 11 year old girl simply identified as “Cindy”, whose remains were found in a property associated with Scully. She was repeatedly raped and forced to dig her own grave before he strangled her to death.

Despite the incredibly heinous nature of his crimes, Peter Scully managed to avoid the death penalty and as of 2017 remains incarcerated for an indefinite period of time for the 75 charges brought against him. However, according to Filipino law, it currently looks as though Scully may spend 30 years in prison and then be deported back to Australia to serve the rest of a life sentence.

Danny Rolling was executed on 25 October, 2006, for the brutal murders of five college students. He was a particularly sadistic serial killer, often posing his victims in provocative stances after raping and mutilating their bodies. He sliced off the nipples of one victim and placed them beside her. He mounted another victim’s decapitated head on the bookcase to morbidly greet whoever discovered her. Another victim was sliced open from the pubic area up to her chest. Shorty before his execution, he handed his spiritual a handwritten confession in which he admitted to stabbing to death 55-year-old William Grisson, his 24-year-old daughter Julie and his 8-year-old grandson Sean, as they got ready for dinner on 4 November, 1989 - “I witnessed his execution and it was nothing he put his victims through,” said Julie’s mother.

Patricia Bovin 

Patricia Bovin was murdered when she was only 22 years old. She lived at 790 King Street in London, Ontario with her two children. A friend called Patricia on Thursday, April 24th, 1969. When she didn’t answer, the friend went by the apartment at 4:00 pm that afternoon and found Patricia’s body.

It was a nightmare scene. Patricia’s two young boys, aged one and three, were by their mother’s body. It was as if they were waiting for her to wake-up. They were sobbing, dirty, and hungry. The front door that accessed the staircase was unlocked. And a neighbour found a pillow case covered in blood by the front of the building. Therefore, the front door was the probable entry point. There were no obvious signs of forced entry.

The apartment was in disarray. Chairs and other items were scattered around. Not by the murderer, though. The children had moved the items in an attempt to reach food. Nothing was stolen from the apartment.

Patricia was stabbed over a dozen times in the torso while asleep on the couch. She had no defensive wounds and wasn’t sexually assaulted.

Patricia’s murder remains unsolved.

“Truth does not change because it is, or is not, believed by a majority of the people.”- G. Bruno

Giordano Bruno (1548-1600) was an Italian philosopher, mathematician and cosmological theorist who famously proposed that the universe is infinite and therefore was not home to a single celestial body. From this, he theorised the existence of distant planets which may host life forms of their own- a concept which was not taken lightly by his audiences at the time. In 1593, Bruno was put on trial for heresy, as his opinions and beliefs were deemed contradictory and offensive to the doctrines upheld by Catholicism. He was subsequently found guilty of the charges and burned at the stake. During the centuries following his execution, especially since more scientific evidence has emerged to support Bruno’s early theoretical claims, he has been widely renowned as a martyr for science by successive cosmologists.

Robert Pillsen-Rahier -  missing from a mental health facility 

Robert Pillsen-Rahier was born November 1974, to Jean Langless. Jean married a wheelchair bound Vietnam vet shortly after Robert was born, named Gerald Rahier. Gerald and Jean had another kid together, also named Gerald (better known as Gerry) Robert became very close with his stepdad, and saw him more as a father.

Gerald committed suicide via gunshot, and Robert, 7 at the time, came home from school to see him dead. Robert was completely traumatised by this. He became prone to aggressive and emotional outbursts, although he remained close to his mom. He told her at some point that he blamed himself for Geralds death.

After the fact, his family moved to Colorado Springs from Arizona in hopes they’d have a fresh start. But Robert didn’t adapt to his new school. He was badly bullied and couldn’t make friends. He was eventually put into special ed classes, which only made the bullying worse. He was supposedly self harming and/or suicidal at the time.

At 15, his behaviour and mental illness was getting worse and worse. After he injured one fo his bullies and the cops got involved, Jean put him in a mental health facility in hopes it would straighten him out: Cheyenne Mesa Adolescent Treatment Center, in Colorado Springs. He had been staying there for a few weeks when he went missing.

On July 6, 1990, Robbie rang his mom at 8:45am from the treatment center and told her he had to tell her something, but couldn’t say it because the facility listened in on all the calls. He told her his mysterious problem had gotten so bad he considered running away from the facility. She told him to wait and she would come pick him up.

Jean called the treatment centre, who told her Robbie went out on a day trip with some staff members and she couldn’t visit him. Later that day, the treatment centre called her and said he’d run away.

The centre filed the missing persons report, in which they stated he went missing at 8:45am… when he made the call. They sent all Robbie’s stuff back to Jean, and among it was a blue plaid shirt and jeans. The missing persons report said this was the last thing he was seen wearing. Both pairs of his shoes he brought with him were given back to her.

An employee claimed that they last saw him at 8:45 because he was lying in a field on the facility’s grounds. Another said they saw him leaving the facility alone at 8:45 but didn’t stop him. Even though this was a runaway investigation, one of the employees said to an investigator “Maybe he is dead…”

Jean didn’t believe he’d at all ran away as they claimed, without taking even his shoes.

A week before July 6, Robbie had come home for a visit Jean washed his clothes, and noticed blood in his underwear. Jean believes he was raped at the treatment facility, and that had something to do with him going missing.

Jean made repeated calls to Cheyenne Mesa and pressed them for more info but they told her off for harassing them and said they’d get the police involved.

There’s not much information about Cheyenne Mesa, but apparently they closed in 1997 because of money issues, supposedly no one wanted to send their kids here after what happened to Robbie. It was bought out by someone and turned into another mental health facility that apparently went well.

Jean now lives in Kansas, and Robby would be 46 if he was still here. Jean believes the staff at Cheyenne Mesa know what really happened and need to fess up. She runs a Facebook group dedicated to him and says she is never giving up.

The Murder of Daniel Handley

Daniel Charles Handley was a nine-year-old boy from East London.

On 2nd October 1994, Daniel was fixing a chain on his bicycle near his home when he was approached by two men who claimed to be lost and asked Daniel to show them directions on a map. When Daniel leaned inside to look at the map, one of the men pushed him into the car and the other drove off. They drove Daniel to a flat where they took turns to sexually abuse him, videotaping the abuse. They then strangled Daniel to death and dumped his body in a shallow grave, returning later to bury him deeper. Daniel's skull was found in March 1995, five months after he went missing.

Brett Tyler and his boyfriend Timothy John Morss had been driving the area looking for a young, pre-teen, fair-haired boy to fulfil their fantasy of abducting a boy, raping him and killing him. After the trial, they were revealed to be sexual predators who had abused children in the Phillippines. They had met while in prison for child sex offences, Morss for raping two young boys in 1986 and Tyler for indecency with young boys. After killing Daniel, both men fled to the Philippines, Morss was arrested when he returned to England and Tyler was extradited. Horrifying details of Daniel's abduction have since come forward and after his abduction, Daniel was seen at service stations with multiple men, it is thought by detectives that Daniel was kept prisoner by Morss and Tyler and members of a child sex offenders gang who abused him for up to a month before his death.

Morss and Tyler were sentenced to life imprisonment on 17th May 1996.

Why did a Chicago Channel Show This Missing Person Poster After Air Time?

On January 14th 1989, on the NBC television affiliate, WMAQ, in Chicago, right after the channel signed off for the early morning, a missing person poster was shown for the rest of morning until the channel signed on again. The image shown on the missing person poster was that of a person with the name Joanna Lopez. The quality of the image is so low that it is very hard to make out the face and the known details of Joanna Lopez’s appearance.

Along with the image of Joanna Lopez, there was a white ribbon design on the left hand side of the screen with the text “Missing”. The text: “Call: 312-744-5594” was right below Joanna’s name. Beside these details there is no audio accompanying the missing child poster, or any other details about her disappearance and other important information like her age and height.

The WMAQ channel also showed the same poster after signing off in 1991, where it shows it for about 10 seconds before switching to color bars and a tone. The quality of the image in this version was slightly higher than the 1989 version (It’s still the same image).

This missing person poster after sign off might be one of the most mysterious potential missing persons cases on the internet due to the sheer lack of any information relating to the individual’s disappearance and the organization or government agency that created the poster and decided to show it in a Television station’s sign-off of all places to help spread the word about a missing person, so they can potentially be found.

The footage above show 18 year old Leonid Greyser trying to break out of a glass holding box in a Moscow courtroom. Greyser was arrest in 2019 for the brutal murder of his older sister, 21 year old Ariada Korol, which he claims was a sacrificial killing in order to rid himself of Satan.

He was able to slip through the bars slatted across the top of the box and attempt a getaway through the ceiling tiles, but officers present were able to prevent his escape with the use of batons and tasers - although the defendant lost his trousers in the process.

Greyser shared an apartment with his sister and claimed to have had a "perfect" relationship with her, although when questioned by authorities, he stated: “It was necessary. I did what I had to do." Neighbours were alarmed to hear Ariada screaming in a hallway of the apartment building, where her body was then found having sustained multiple stab wounds.

Greyser was also witnessed at the scene, where he allegedly undressed whilst praying and drew demonic symbols on his head and sister's body using her blood.

Christopher Morris

On September 25th, 2000, 11 year old Christopher Morris was found in the dishwasher of his family home which was in Sheppard Air Force Base base housing.

He had allegedly been sexually assaulted, tortured, murdered, then his body ran through a full cycle in the dishwasher- officials speculated the killer had done that to wash away evidence.

Christopher’s dad had come home from work and found the racks for the dishwasher on the floor, which prompted him to open the dishwasher to put them back and he found his son in there.

On the 4th of August, 2014, 12-year-old Jamarion Lawhorn took some “little red pills he found” in his home in Kentwood, Michigan. He then took a knife and walked to Pinebrook Village. In the playpark, he found 9-year-old Connor Verkerke and his 7-year-old brother. The three children played for around 20 minutes. Then, Connor attempted to climb up a slide but fell to the ground. When on the ground, Jamarion came up behind him and stabbed him several times in the back and arm. Connor and his brother managed to flee to a nearby home but Connor died from his wounds shortly afterwards.

Jamarion found a neighbour outside and asked to use his phone to call 911. He told the dispatcher that he had “taken many pills” and that he hated his life and stabbed someone. “I want to die. I don’t want to be on his earth anymore,” he said. He later said he believed that the police would arrive and shoot him dead. A gel plasma sample was taken from Jamarion which proved positive for the prescription drugs, Mirtazepine and Promethazine. Inside his home, police found drug paraphernalia which tested positive for cocaine. It was described as an “unsafe and deplorable condition” with no sheets on the children’s beds and clothes strewn throughout the house. Utilities had been shut off and there was minimal food.

When Jamarion was picked up by police after the fatal stabbing, he was covered in bruises. He said he had been beaten by his stepfather, Bernard Harrold. He said his mother, Anita Lawhorn, also beat him, sometimes with a belt or an electrical cord. The state removed his three siblings from the home. It transpired the CPS had arranged to move Jamarion to live with his father in New York. However, Jamarion was sent back just weeks before the murder and CPS had no idea. They never followed up after the move. It was also revealed that CPS had ignored Jamarion in 2013 when he told them he was being abused at home and showed them his plethora of bruises.

Jamarion is the youngest person to ever be charged with murder in Kent County. He was ordered to remain at a juvenile detention centre until he is 21. In 2021, he was released.

The Abduction and Murder of 7-year-old Sophie Hook

Just after 7am on 30th July 1995, 55-year-old Gerry Davies set off from home to begin his usual dog walk down North Shore Beach in Llandudno, Wales. However, what was normally a peaceful morning routine would turn out to be a day he would never forget.

While walking along the beach, he spotted what appeared to be a discarded mannequin nearby. However, when the behaviour of his dogs caused him to inspect more closely, he discovered the "marble white" body of a little girl. Gerry was quickly able to determine that the child was deceased, at which point he used his t-shirt to cover up her nude body before running to the nearest phone box to alert the police.

The body was identified as that of 7 year old Sophie Hook, who was snatched from her uncle's garden just hours before, in the early hours of 30th July. At the time, she was having a sleepover in a tent with her cousins.

Wearing her Winnie the Pooh nightie and pink floral socks, Sophie was wrapped up and sleeping soundly when her uncle carried out one final check on the children at 12:40am. Two hours later, one of the cousins woke and saw the time to be 2:30am, noting that Sophie was still sleeping. However, when they woke again at 7:15am, Sophie was gone. Realising that she was nowhere to be found, the family reached out to police at around 8:20am - at which point, her body had already been found.

Police were quick to arrest a 30-year-old local man named Howard Hughes. Standing out at a height of 6 ft 8 inches, Hughes had already drawn attention to himself for other more sinister reasons.

Hours prior to Sophie's disappearance, Hughes was seen by several witnesses lingering on a path which overlooked her location. One woman actually found him hiding in the bushes, and he told her he was looking for money he had dropped. The path was so close to the property that he would have been able to eavesdrop in on the children's conversations, and was therefore aware they would be sleeping in the garden that night.

Hughes already had a long history of offences, including accusations of assaulting girls aged between 3 and 9 years old, and a search of his home following Sophie's death turned up a collection of indecent images of children. He was subsequently charged with her abduction, rape and murder.

An autopsy report documented that Sophie had sustained injuries with such force that her upper right arm and ankle had been broken, and she was covered in bruises consistent with being gripped and punched. Horrifically, she had also suffered internal bleeding and had been violently raped and sodomised. Her injuries were likened to those received in a high-impact car collision, and sickeningly, most were sustained while she was still alive. Dr Donald Waite - the pathologist conducting the autopsy - further explained that Sophie had endured so much pain that she had bitten down hard on both sides of her tongue and the inside of her lip, leaving wounds. Eventually, she was strangled to death in an ordeal which lasted up to 3 minutes, and was then dumped into the sea.

On 24th June 1996, Hughes' trial began. In the absence of any forensic evidence tying him to the crime, the jury heard the testimony of three witnesses - one being Hughes' own father. Gerald Hughes addressed the court and spoke of how his son had confided to him that he had murdered Sophie, although Howard went on to deny this confession. Another man named Jonathan Carroll told the jury he had seen Hughes lugging a sack on the night of Sophie's murder, and he had caught glimpses of a nude body. Carroll also admitted that he himself was burglarising a property at the time he saw Hughes, therefore willingly implicating himself in a different crime in order to do the right thing. Third witness Michael Guidi - already convicted of child sex offences - recalled having a conversation with Hughes a few years prior about the defendant's fantasy to "rape a girl of 4 or 5".

In July 1996, Howard Hughes was convicted of all charges and sentenced to life imprisonment. On 24th November 2002, it was announced that he would have to serve a minimum imprisonment of 50 years before consideration for parole. This ruling has entailed that Hughes will only be eligible for release in 2045, at the age of 80.

On the 25th of February, 2018, first responders were alerted to a condominium at 7 Harbor View Drive in Stockton Springs, Maine, United States. The caller said that there was an unresponsive child. When first responders arrived at the scene, the little girl was already deceased. She was identified as 10-year-old Marissa Kennedy. It was evident that she had been the victim of prolonged abuse and an investigation was immediately launched.

Marissa’s cause of death would be battered child syndrome and injuries listed included bleeding in the brain, a lacerated liver and multiple old injuries. Her mother, Sharon Carrillo, and her stepfather, Julio Carrillo, were arrested. The family had been staying at the condominium which was owned by Sharon’s parents. Marissa’s two siblings, ages 1 and 2, were taken into custody by the Maine Department of Health and Human Services. At the time of Marissa’s death, Julio had been in the process of attempting to adopt her.

Court documents would reveal that Marissa had suffered months of physical abuse at the hands of Sharon and Julio. She had been forced to kneel on kitchen tiles and raise her hands above her head while she was repeatedly hit with a belt in the abdomen and ribs. Around two weeks before Marissa died, the weapon was switched out for a metal mop. Marissa had been hit with such force that the metal mop had snapped in half. When police had arrived at the home, the broken metal mop was still in the room where Marissa had died. In addition to the brutal beatings, Marissa would be locked in a dark closet as a form of “punishment” and would scream and cry for hours.

Chris Chan: Youtuber Who Committed Incest 

Christine Chandler, who is also known online as Chris Chan, was arrested on August 1 and charged with incest after a leaked phone call purported that she had sexual relations with her 79-year-old mother.

The life of Chandler and, by extension, her mother, has been extensively documented since 2007 when users on the fringe chat forum 4chan caught wind of her comic, Sonichu, a cross between Pikachu and Sonic the Hedgehog.

Since then, trolls have been tracking both Chandler’s digital footprint as well as her movements in real life through filming, doxxing, hacking, and in some cases, even impersonating potential partners.

The extensive knowledge trolls have of Chandler and her mother has been recorded on a dedicated Wiki, CWCki, since 2009. She is often contacted by covert trolls with the intention of leaking their conversation on forums like Kiwi Farms, which is believed to have been the intention of the person who had the alleged phone call with Chandler.

Here’s a timeline of the allegations, which began years ago with rumors spread by trolls on internet forums.

On October 15, 2015, Chandler and her mother attended a court hearing following an assault Chandler committed on a video game store employee the year before. As was common for many of Chandler’s trolls at the time, some of them attended the hearing in person in order to report back to CWCki.

One such alleged attendee was a Chandler troll called “Marvin,” otherwise known as the “Man in the Pickle Suit,” who then posted observations about Chandler and her mother’s interactions during the hearing. Marvin runs the CWCki database of Chandler information (which still exists separately from Kiwi Farms, the forum originally derived from the CWCki forum) but has kept his real identity private.

In August 2016, Chandler said in a Facebook post that she had dreams of having sex with her mother.

The following year, in August 2016, Chandler wrote a Facebook status defending a mother and son in Mexico who reportedly said they were in love, which the Daily Mail reported at the time.

“Although incest is quite a controversial topic, there are circumstances where there would be not so much harm as one may think, feel or believe,” she said. “Unless the sex act was abusive, hurtful, or would result in an unwanted birth of a physical or mental challenged child, I would not judge or persecute the parent and child.”

On July 30, screenshots and a purported recording of Chandler admitting to having sex with her mother were leaked.

On July 30, it is alleged that a supposed Kiwi Farms user leaked a nine-minute phone call and a series of screenshots which they claimed came from a conversation they had with Chandler, with the user pretending to be a woman called “Bella.” The screenshots and phone call recording were later circulated by Kiwi Farms owner Joshua Moon, who goes by Null online, and went viral on Reddit. Although it is believed that the call was made by one troll posing as “Bella,” this hasn’t been verified.

In the purported phone call recording, a person purported to be Chandler gave graphic information about alleged assaults on her 79-year-old mother, saying that it had been occurring three times a week since late June.

The text messages also referenced Chandler’s mother allegedly having “memory problems.”

That same day, the leaked phone call and text messages went viral on social media, with Chandler beginning to trend globally on Twitter.

YouTuber Dillin Thomas, who had made content on Chandler in the past, later posted screenshots from an alleged conversation they had with Chandler, where the person purported to be Chandler appeared to confirm the allegations.

Chandler later tweeted: “There is drama in the air today. Each and every one of you all are encouraged to withdraw from any and all dramas, gossip, rumors, and whatever else will, and already has, approached your way today.”

On August 1, Chandler was arrested and later charged with one count of incest, with “additional charges pending.”

YouTuber Ethan Ralph, a podcast host associated with the alt-right and the Gamergate movement, livestreamed Chandler’s arrest outside of a Virginia hotel on August 1. In the video, Chandler can be heard saying to Ralph: “Everything is going to be alright.”

The Greene County Sheriff’s Office in Virginia said in a statement on Monday that Chandler was charged on one count of incest following allegations of “sex crimes against a family member.”

The press release also said Chandler’s arrest was part of “an ongoing investigation with additional charges pending.”

Insider was told by a police representative on August 2 that no court date or bond had been set. As of Wednesday, no additional information was available in court records.

Engaging in sexual intercourse with one’s father or mother is a Class 5 felony in Virginia, which is punishable by up to ten years in prison.

Chandler was initially held in the Henrico County Jail in Virginia after police brought her in on August 1. Insider later confirmed that Chandler was moved to Central Virginia Regional Jail.

Chandler is a transgender woman, but the Central Virginia Regional Jail has categorized her as male.

After Chandler was moved to the Central Virginia Regional Jail in Virginia, a jail representative confirmed to Insider that the facility had categorized Chandler, a transgender woman, as a male.

Chandler said in a public 2017 Facebook post that she was a woman, saying that her correct pronoun was “she.” She has also spoken about her transition in YouTube videos. According to court records obtained by Insider, she legally changed her name to Christine in May 2016.

As Insider reported, Chandler’s gender designation on the VINE custody request system, which transmits jail and prison records to the public, was changed from female to male on Thursday morning. The jail did not give a reason for the change.

“I’ve had an interaction with inmate Chandler and it’s been fine,” the jail representative told Insider in response to a question about Chandler’s well-being. “Everything is okay.”

According to a report, Chandler said “I’m famous on the internet” in her first court appearance.

The Daily Progress reported that Chandler was ordered held without bond on August 5. Judge David M. Barredo reportedly remanded Chandler held without bond until her next scheduled hearing for her safety and that of the public.

Chandler’s case was moved to the Greene County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court by Greene County General District Judge Kenneth Andrew Sneathern, who also appointed Charlottesville attorney David Heilberg to represent Chandler, The Daily Progress reported.

According to The Daily Progress, Chandler asked the court to be addressed with female pronouns. She also reportedly asked if she could pick up personal possessions from her home, which she shared with her mother. She said that she would be “willing to proceed with everything if she could get that done.”

Chandler’s next hearing is scheduled for September 16.
