today, im doing a little adventure in albany called i made bad decisions and have a 9 hour layover before my train. my objectives are:

- obtain a CDTA Navigator fare card

- ride a BEB

- go to the public library

- make it to my train on time

step 1 is to download the Navigator app so my dumbass who left its change at home can pay a fare to get to where they sell navigator cards
