hey guys!! i’m switching peter over to @wcrlds. i love him more than life but his muse isn’t my biggest right now and i feel like keeping him here will end up with me neglecting him! i’m gonna try and transfer over most active threads there! gimme a note if there is a thread you really want to keep cause chances are i do too!

while peter is at his core a very nice guy, i do appreciate the fact he also just sucks sometimes. he is a terrible friend, a terrible boyfriend. like, his friendship with harry is completely one-sided at some points. he won’t know where harry is living, what harry phone number is, until he misses him or needs something fron him.

peter being a lone wolf is very much a result of his personality. he does not work well with others, and while he cares and loves deeply, he also very easily forgets about the immediate world around him.

let’s be honest, peter has no idea what the theme actually meant, does not have a suit that fancy. what he does have is harry, so he asks harry for any suit that is slightly old fashioned and he is rolling with it. also most importantly, some pics of his after-party look when he takes off the bowtie.

brown  hair  sticks  to  his  forehead  as  the  rain  continues  to  cover  him,  the  incessant  winds  chilling  him  to  the  bone;  the  rain  poured  down  since  dawn  and  it  seemed  to  have  no  plans  of  ever  stopping,  and  he  had  no  plans  of  stepping  away  from  here.  it  was  the  third  time  this  week,  and  each  time  he  left  more  hurt  and  confused  than  ever,  the  visit  doing  nothing  but  flare  up  old  wounds  without  providing  any  clarity  to  his  current  predicament.

he  just  wishes  he  could  talk  to  her.  problems  never  seemed  as  big  after  they  talked,  her  brilliant  mind  finding  the  simplest  solution  (common  sense,  peter.  you  should  try  it  some  time).  he  never  got  around  to  it,  never  would,  probably.

the  rain  dulls  his  senses,  a  welcome  change.  everything  has  been  feeling  so  big  these  days  that  he  craves  this,  the  connectedness  to  the  world  right  in  front  of  him,  not  to  everything  that  is  going  wrong,  just...  he  can  be  here.  he  could  never  just  be  there  for  gwen  in  life,  always  with  his  mind  on  spider-man,  but  he  could  grant  her  this  in  death.  though,  it  is  exactly  this  disconnectedness  which  allows  him  to  be  caught  by  surprise.

he  didn’t  see  the  figure  following  him,  or  watching  him  from  afar  as  he  kneeled  in  front  of  her  tombstone,  as  he  stared  at  it  as  if  the  next  would  suddenly  change  and  provide  him  the  answers  he  was  looking  for.  he  didn’t  feel  it  as  it  approached  him,  stepping  down  from  a  tree  and  padding  the  path  over  towards  him.  it  is  only  when  she  says  his  name  that  he  jumps  up,  accusation  and  anger  flashing  in  his  eyes.    molten  rage  that  could  stop  the  rain  in  its  tracks  seems  to  radiate  from  him,  the  sort  usually  reserved  for  his  enemies  and  for  a  moment  it  is  all  directed  at  felicia.  

his  name  from  her  lips  again  shakes  him  out  of  the  trance,  like  a  wilted  rose  after  the  rain,  his  body  crumbles  as  he  reaches  for  her.  “  sorry,  this  is,  i  don’t  —  ”  half-formed  sentences  die  on  his  lips.  a  part  of  him  still  wants  to  chastize  her  for  following  him,  but  he  is  so  thankful  to  have  her  here,  to  feel  her  breath  on  his  cheek  as  she  presses  kiss  after  kiss,  that  it  all  melts  away.  

“  thank  you,  ”  finding  forgiveness  in  his  heart  is  a  lot  harder  than  rage,  the  emotion  has  always  come  so  easily  to  him,  anger  keeps  him  going,  keeps  him  fighting  and  winning;  but  forgiveness  requires  work,  and  patience,  and  when  she  brushes  the  hair  away  from  his  face,  murmuring  something  he  can’t  quite  hear,  the  reason  why  forgiveness  is  harder  is  apparently.  it’s  worth  it,  and  nothing  this  good,  ever  comes  easy.

yes, yes, yes, and have i mentioned yes? peter in canon is like two seconds away from dating 15 people at the same time, he just has so many great canon romantic partners, who would also be great with each other (mj and felicia *chefs kiss*).

i just need to figure out who to brine here in the rpc to write some poly ships with me.
