REMEMBERING OUR DAD

As the 2010s begin, we have a lot to tell about our dad. In this decade we have accumulated many experiences that we will never forget. Our father was a jeweler by profession, his name was Luis García Ulloa. He was a kind, cheerful, happy person. All the experiences and memories that are in our memory, we evoke them again, they are pleasant memories of such a special person that was our dad.

First of all, we would like to point out that time has already passed, 11 years ago, since that unfortunate event that marked the life of our whole family. A month of January that we will never forget. A medical complication in our father's health was the fatal cause of his death the following year. In March 2011, as a consequence of his illness, our father passed away, our dear Luciano as our mother called him.

 Following, dad was a jeweler by profession, a jewelry workshop in the ford and then moved to our current home. Luis Garcia Ulloa was the name of our father, a human being full of ethical and moral values, which he instilled in all his children.

 We can describe him as a cheerful person, his life was full of many details that were always recognized by everyone. His friends and family always recognized his different character from others. When he talked to people he always addressed them in a cordial and polite way, he shared some jokes with which everyone was infected by his joy.

 Moreover, he was a kind person, when they talked to him, he was always polite with everyone, his personality was always the one that attracted attention. He was so gentle that his friends remember him fondly after his death.

 Above all, dad was a happy person, he sang and played the guitar. He was so special; it was easy to befriend him. Dad was very happy, his life was full of joy, so much so, that when he got sick he was able to cope so bravely. He sang, joked and laughed with everyone who visited him during his illness. So much so, that he joked so much with the nurses and the medical team that they felt so sorry when he was discharged. His nurses, when they came to visit him or take care of him, always emphasized his good humor and the happiness he radiated. The medical team felt the same way.

 Finally, we must emphasize that his memories and the life experiences that he taught us and are in our memory, allow us to remember him as that special person, full of joy and magic, very characteristic of a kind, cheerful and happy human being as he was dad. Remembering him now with much affection and nostalgia. Knowing that he will always occupy a very special place in everyone's memory and memories. That was our dad, our dear Luciano.

A very interesting topic to discuss is communication, and we can define it as a process that consists of the transmission and exchange of messages between a sender and a receiver. This is the dictionary meaning of the word communication. Communication has elements that are part of this process. Communication has steps to accomplish and characteristics that define it. When we talk about communication in our English class, it is a fundamental and very important topic. Communication can be defined as an art, a skill that facilitates interpersonal relationships between human beings. Why?  COMMUNICATION is a very interesting topic, in a class, session, meeting... without this element, the whole process of learning, teaching, diffusion and others will be limited. Next, we must know what the word communication means. WHAT IS COMMUNICATION? T. der. Act, gesture or attitude that allows the transfer of messages between members of a social group or between different social groups, according to the RAE. Communication is a very important process, which involves a sender, a receiver and the message that is transmitted or exchanged between people, and the message is transmitted in two ways. Communication has to be efficient and effective in order to fulfill the purpose of communication. The process of transmission of a message in communication has important elements that are part of this process such as: Sender, receiver, code, message, communication channel, noise, feedback and context. SENDER. - The person who transmits the message. RECEIVER. - The person who receives the message. CODE. - The set of signs used in the message, it can be words, gestures and symbols. MESSAGE. - Information that transmits. COMMUNICATION CHANNEL. - The physical medium through which the message is sent. NOISE. - Any distortion that may influence the reception of the message. FEEDBACK. - The first instance of the receiver's response to the message received. If the sender subsequently responds to what the receiver sends, it is also called feedback. CONTEXT - The circumstance in which the communication process takes place. The steps of communication are necessary for this process and are: the intention to communicate, the encoding of the message, the transmission of the message, the reception of the message, the interpretation of the message. The characteristics that communication must have are: it requires a sender and a receiver, it is a dynamic process, it is indispensable to interact between individuals, it favors social organization, and it is impossible for it not to take place. Also when we talk about what is communication in the English class, we can say how important it is to communicate, and that this communication must be clear, effective and efficient between the teacher and the students. So much so, that an error or misrepresentation can lead to errors of the parties involved in communication, that we must investigate what is communication and thus improve this process. I can define communication as an art, skill, ability, which facilitates the process of interaction between human beings. To conclude, we clearly understand that the process of transmitting information from one person to another, known as communication, has different elements, steps and characteristics, which will allow us or become relevant tools that help us to communicate the different messages in this process of great relevance.
