Favorite detail of this whole fight scene is The Captain very clearly seeing Pat being the aggressor and thrashing Thomas and still telling Thomas to stand down, illustrating two things we already know by now: 1. The Captain is ride or die for Pat and 2. He also just Does Not Like Thomas. He went into that scrap biases blazing

What if my blorbo... was EVIL!?!?
Here's the other half of the supervillain Jenjack AU! This design is really heavily inspired by Dr. Phosphorus from Creature Commandos and Two-Face, both of which I got into earlier this year. It's not exactly a surprise that I'm fond of split-face designs and creepy nuclear skeletons.
Because Jack in canon is so focused on control of his power, I wanted villain Jack to be dangerous by his lack of care about who he hurts with his radiation. He's constantly leaking it, as an ambient threat to all around him, and it also kind of fried his brain and made him extra unstable. He's one of those classic 70s Green Goblin/Joker types, totally unhinged and wearing weird gimmicky clothes, cackling about his evil plans. You just know he makes so many terrible card-themed puns.
Specifically he'd be an early Iron Man villain, acting mainly a threat to Tony because he sees Iron Man as responsible for the destruction of his life and will just attack him every once in awhile. But he's also got some non-physical power, as the sole heir of his father's fortune, and will use his wealthy name to move money in villain circles and cause problems for Stark Industries.
I want to talk about this more in another post, but in his AU he does become a more popular character in the 90s/early 2000s with a few notable runs (it's MY touys and I can do what I WANT), and he and She-Hulk specifically become a recurring villain couple.
Transcript of the flavortext:
"When Jack Hart, resentful son of a wealthy chemist, attempted to murder his father, he was thrown in Zero Fluid in the struggle. The energy burst killed his father and changed Hart forever, emerging with half his body scalded away and lethally radioactive. Fleeing the authorities, Hart's rampage was only stopped by a business partner of his father's - Tony Stark, the invincible Iron Man.
Now more unstable than ever, the Jack of Hearts' volatility and destructive power is only matched by his ego and incompetence."
