Esa etapa en la que te das cuenta......... que todo ha cambiado y ya no eres la misma.Afortunadamente.....

"Ya no tengo paciencia para algunas cosas, no porque me haya vuelto arrogante, sino simplemente porque llegué a un punto de mi vida en que no me apetece perder más tiempo con aquello que me desagrada o hiere. No tengo paciencia para el cinismo, críticas en exceso y exigencias de cualquier naturaleza. Perdí la voluntad de agradar a quien no agrado, de amar a quien no me ama y de sonreír para quien no quiere sonreírme. Ya no dedico un minuto a quien miente o quiere manipular. Decidí no convivir más con la pretensión, hipocresía, deshonestidad y elogios baratos. No consigo tolerar la erudición selectiva y la altivez académica. No me ajusto más con la barriada o el chusmerío. No soporto conflictos y comparaciones. Creo en un mundo de opuestos y por eso evito personas de carácter rígido e inflexible. En la amistad me desagrada la falta de lealtad y la traición. No me llevo nada bien con quien no sabe elogiar o incentivar. Las exageraciones me aburren y tengo dificultad en aceptar a quien no gusta de los animales. Y encima de todo ya no tengo paciencia ninguna para quien no merece mi paciencia" (Meryl Streep).

Me mostré siempre fuerte, serena y en pie. Resistente a las tempestades y golpes sin solicitar asilo emocional ni derecho a un abrazo. Me resigné a callar mis penas y mis reivindicaciones, por considerar que el fracaso estaba ya asegurado sino realizaba las cosas según lo establecido. Me mostré siempre fuerte, por eso me rompí como nunca antes. Un día cualquiera, sin poder controlarlo.

Me negué a derramar lágrimas y fui somatizando emociones. Se transformaron en lo que llaman síntomas aislados de enfermedad, aunque yo los seguía considerando el precio a pagar por un entorno que me pedía y pedía sin recibir yo nada a cambio.

No puse fronteras a la ayuda emocional que otros me demandaban, mis fronteras eran amplias y sedosas para los demás y sin embargo mi espacio emocional se iba transformando en territorio árido y con alambradas punzantes para mí misma.

Mis fortalezas ajenas, mi oído paciente, mis eternas concesiones se convirtieron en mi particulares prisioneros emocionales. Todos tenían la llave para acceder a mi espacio y para mí cada vez era más necesario salir y tomar aliento. Cuando quise darme cuenta, hacía ya tiempo que traspasé la línea de meta de lo humanamente soportable. Seguía creyendo que todo consistía en ser fuerte, sin estarlo.

Y entoncés el monstruo empezó a visitarme ...............

Stop the Hate: 49 Celebrities Honor 49 Victims of Orlando Tragedy in Ryan Murphy-Produced Tribute

For too long, a toxic combination of anti-LGBTQ hate and easy access to guns has put LGBTQ people at disproportionate risk of violence and murder. Who’s Who: Meet the Beautiful People of the Cannes Film Festival

Matt Bomer In his breakout role as Bryce Larkin on ABC’s “Chuck,” Matt Bomer, 38, played the suave straight guy and sometime-nemesis to Zachary Levi’s titular character, an accidental superspy. He followed that performance with a five-season run as Neal Caffrey on USA’s “White Collar” — in short, he’s no stranger to playing the charming antihero. He embraces his criminal side once more in his most recent turn as the gun-toting John Boy in the Ryan Gosling-Russell Crowe comedy “The Nice Guys,” which premiered at Cannes on Sunday. Gosling and Crowe play an unlikely pair of private investigators hired to track down a missing girl named Amelia (Margaret Qualley) in ’70s California. Amelia, meanwhile, flits around the edges of the film while its titular Nice Guys locate her. For the role, Bomer sports a set of bangs that somehow perfectly place him in character as the slapstick villain of an already slapstick trajectory. [Wmagazine]
