Built in the 1950s and modernised in the 1990s. Funding has been a bit short since Ted Roswell became the mayor.

I don't know if the staff outfits and menu transfer through the gallery, I'm sure you get the idea though. This was kind of based on the Maxis build Paw Readers Place, for some reason.
