By popular demand (and also my own infatuation)…
“I’m just saying,” Alex says, resting an overly friendly elbow on Henry’s shoulder, which isn’t as easy as he’d like it to be since Henry has about four infuriating inches of height on him. “You could try to act like you’re having fun. Occasionally.”
- Alex, Red White & Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston
I tried to do these gentlemen justice (in particular, to make Alex look as he’s described–with his dad’s Mexican American features and that chin dimple). No doubt they’ll change the more I draw them, but this was EXTREMELY FUN.

One of the best bits of The Last Magician was the atmospheric setting of 1900 New York. I chose this quote just so I'd have an excuse to use an old photo of NY! The Devils Thief is out October 9th. Find out more at http://www.lastmagician.com

Look, I know Rowling did some shady shit lately and personally, I’m not considering anything after the books canon (not even the interviews she did post Deathly Hallows, not even Pottermore, tbh), but these books will always mean something to me and to a whole generation. I found myself in Hermione and countless other people have found themselves in this band of kids. We learned about friendship, courage, loyalty and these book are a shit ton more profound than they seem. We’ll always go back to them and we’ll always treasure these books and this world.
And if you ask me, this should be the true meaning of “always”. Hogwarts is home. ALWAYS.

This is honestly one of the best books I’ve ever read so you really should preorder it asap as you get even more of Izzy with a bonus scene!
Want to win a bonus chapter from THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF OKAY?💖👊🏻✨
Fancy hearing the hilarious story of how aspiring comedian, impoverished orphan and slut extraordinaire Izzy O’Neill lost her virginity? 💀🙊
If you preorder The Exact Opposite Of Okay before 7 March 2018 – and email proof of purchase to [email protected] – you’ll be sent a super exclusive BONUS SCENE on release day, exploring Izzy’s first time in painstaking detail 😈🔥
This scene won’t be available anywhere else, so the only way to find out how Izzy got the perfectly round bruise on her left buttcheek is by preordering The Exact Opposite Of Okay now 🎊✨

Preorder internationally
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Aspiring comedian Izzy O’Neill never expected to be eighteen and internationally reviled. But when photos involving her, a politician’s son and a garden bench emerge, the trolls set out to take her apart. Armed with best friend Ajita and a metric ton of nachos, she must figure out who’s behind the vicious website – while keeping her sanity intact.
Izzy is about to find out that the way the world treats girls is not okay. It’s the Exact Opposite of Okay.
This is a book for anyone who’s ever called themselves a feminist … and anyone who hasn’t.
‘Funny, unapologetic and shameless in the best possible way, this is a YA heroine (and book) that you’ve never seen before’ - Louise O'Neill, award-winning author of Asking for It
'This book will make you laugh out loud, nod in agreement, cringe with recognition, and stand up and cheer. I adored it’ - Katherine Webber, author of Wing Jones

“What do I want to be now? Bold. Fierce. Honest. A fighter. A revolutionary. A bitch. Because the way the world treats teenage girls – as sluts, as objects, as bitches – is not okay. It’s the exact opposite of okay.” - ‘The Exact Opposite of Okay’ by @lauramsteven #bitchesbiteback
