undertale is good. minecraft is good. homestuck is good. their fandoms may have given them a bad rep but guess what? they’re still good and I genuinely enjoy them

And don't forget, both gave up on being a heroes but then their heroes appeared and convinced them the opposite!!!!!

You know what funny? Midoriya never gives up on the idea of being hero until he meets All Might for the first time. I forgot about that similarity because All Might does THE OPPOSITE at first. 

This is what Midoriya specifically says before meeting All Might in real life for the first time.

Midoriya still strives to be a hero after years of people telling him he can’t. Midoriya is then so desperate be a hero that he tries to confirm with All Might if he can be a hero even though he’s Quirkless.

Despite being Quirkless, Midoriya is surprisingly optimistic about his chances of becoming a hero. He never specifically gives up being a hero during chapter one until All Might tells him that someone who’s Quirkless can’t be a hero.

It’s kind of All Might’s fault for making Midoriya quit being a hero. It isn’t until All Might decides Midoriya should be his successor that he tells Midoriya he can be a hero.

I forgot All Might is ultimately the one who convinces Midoriya he can be a hero because earlier he convinced Midoriya the opposite.

Crimson Riot at least helps encourage Kirishima to keep trying to be a hero until the very end. That’s a huge difference. Although, I guess one could argue that Crimson Riot in a way convinced Kirishima not to be a hero too because Kirishima thinks he doesn’t have the manly heart like Crimson Riot, causing him to give up being a hero at first. 

However, unlike All Might, Crimson Riot never says one can’t be a hero because he or she doesn’t have a strong Quirk. It feels wrong pinning the blame on Crimson Riot when, as far as we know, the things Crimson Riot says are meant to motivate Kirishima to be a hero. Kirishima is the one who makes the leap in conclusion himself that he can’t be a hero while Midoriya has All Might specifically telling him to his face that someone who’s Quirkless can’t be a hero.

I’m...I’m sorry, I just this minute realized that there are people out there who have no idea that Heinz Doofenshmirtz is the best fictional father out there. You guys don’t mind if I bombard your entire dashboard with proof right? Excellent.

BONUS: Doofenshmirtz around children he literally just met who wrecked his ‘inator’.

Literally I could go on and on with examples but my computer’s starting to crash from the amount of images.

The point is that Heinz Doofenshmirtz is the greatest fictional father out there and anyone who says otherwise was hit by a Lie-inator.
