Happy Birthday Kit,

I did say i feel the birthday for everyone is where the more thought out and lavish gifts should come seeing as this is your special day not one shared by every person in the world, and it doesn’t matter if your birthday is in May or Boxing day this is the big day for you.

I know it’s nothing too special maybe i’m becoming less creative, but okay a lot of the shopping this last few months was also for you. The Harry Potter chest has your initials on the side, and i didn’t think it was ever going to come for your birthday i kept getting emals of problems but thank god it got here.

I know clothes aren’t overly exciting or cufflinks or aftershave but i thought better to pamper you and keep you looking amazing before we both end up with dark circles and sleepless nights besides just because you’re becoming a Dad doesn’t mean you can’t still be stylish while being one

Though my ex decided to dump me once I found out I was pregnant, did he think he wasn’t the dad or something? This year meant a lot to me. I didn’t do much but snack, and watch my bump grow, I realized not everyone in the world sucks. Plus the writers are writing my pregnancy into Toni, and I couldn’t be excited. Oh dear god i thought i was hiding it well enough by waiting till you weren’t near the front door before dropping it in the nursery cause i’m not as sly as I lead myself to believe i suppose i can bring everything i already have into the house, i think portia will be glad for more space in her place. In my defence babies grow rather quickly and something tells me they will need a lot of clothes because of accidents and all the lovely things we have to look forward to. But maybe we should hit the shops together next time and you can look after my purse from me and i can try to stop myself using apple pay secretly. I do need to get some presents for some of your family so i could probably use a little bit of help on that.

I never had to really, but I can still see people are human and deserve to be treated right maybe that's why it upsets me so much. Okay its confession time two, you know all those times I've said I was shopping for Christmas things well about seventy percent of it was me buying baby stuff that I've been hiding at portias to slowly sneak into the house so you didn't know I was going shop alchololic mamma. I'm ashamed. With chrismas stuff I may need help I have all yours and you can stir me away from the baby shops.

I have a confession, so I don’t know if anyone else does this.but if I meet someone new I like to go to A cafe or restaurant with them to see how they are with the staff because I feel that is when you can tell a lot about someone is how they treat people who are helping and serving their food.

I went into a cafe today while I was getting a bit of Christmas shopping in and someone went up to the counter ordered a drink and after 40 minutes chatting to her friend went up to the counter with her still full drink demanding the staff remake it because they didn’t make it hot enough for her. I feel for retail workers around this time of year it seems people get nastier

There are just some people out there in the world that just don’t know how to treat others in a decent way, especially if they themselves have never had to work a difficult job such as retail or restaurant staff. Sadly I don’t think there’s anything that can be done about it. Some people missed the whole humble gene and think the world revolves around them and only them. Though what surprises me the most is that you’re not eve done your shopping yet, I’ve been done for weeks now. Do you need help Rosie?

Oh no Nikolaj I would say that's terrible but I think it shows something lovely on both yours and their parts them wanting to come and see you and you being well prepared for Christmas a good week or more in advanced. I think no one is as fit as they think when it comes to adrenaline inducing situations it gets the heart pumping more than a normal run so you feel more exhausted after because of the come down from that.

So I got my daughters presents and had them in the living room, ready to wrap up when I had got the chance. I was upstairs looking for the stuff I needed to wrap them when I had a text from my youngest daughter saying that she was on the way over with her sister. They had been over their mothers who lives a street away. I have to tell you that I never ran so fast down the stairs to grab the presents and then hide them away. Anyway…how are you? Rose: I think so at least i'm telling Kit and myself it's normal so that i don't start feeling too darft for doing it. I'm doing good nothing need yet just keep fnding i need the maternity clothing more and more as my belly gets bigger, at least i don't have to worry about the post chirstmas bloaty belly because no one will be able to tell

Oh my. Yes I am thankful we have no room up in our attic for stuff I don’t think I would be wanting to take huge decorations down from the attic. Hannah is my adoptive daughter. She has been with me for four years as of December 23rd!  We have…hold on eight trees? So three fakes and the other five are real. I have a huge home. One most with a teenager!

I can’t figure out if i’d actuaally find it harderr to carry boxes up stairs from the basement instead of passing them down to my husband at the bottom of the ladder, though its the other way this year because our loft door is super small and i’m scared my belly will get me stuck which would be a really intresting 999 call. Oh that makes a bit more sense, adopted thats amazing that you decided to adopted there are so many kids out their who need a home well don you.Thats insane we did one and that’s it i can’t tell if that means you’re excessive or we’re too simple.
