Now that we have all our participants in the server, here is the schedule for those who are excited to see the zine come out!

Remember that even if you aren’t in the server, you can still play a role! Advertise advertise advertise!! And give the participants plenty of congrats when they’re shown in the upcoming posts!

Research Period- June 20th-June 27th

Check in 1- July 11th-July 14th

Check in 2- August 1st-4th

Check in 3- August 15th-18th

Final Submissions- August 24th-30th

Late Submissions/Pinch Hitters- August 31st-September 12th

Formatting- September 13th-October 2nd

Buffer time for unexpected delays

Release- November 8th

For Questions About the Timeline…

hello hello!

so, I’ve been getting some questions on the timeline, and I’m so sorry for putting off on answering them for so long. It’s something we’re still figuring out, but we should have the full timeline soon

However! We do have an estimate on when things will start and end

We will likely be bringing people in around the week of the 22nd of June, and the final applications will be due at around late August-early September. There will be a research period and about three check ins, and a few extra weeks at the end for late submissions and pinch hits

Question about the application form, what does being a pinch-hitter mean? I've never done a collaborative zine project like this before so this might be a silly question

I am very interested in the zine and have a couple of questions about the application! First off, is it alright if my email is a random one that doesn't make much sense? I made it ages ago without really thinking about practicality and use it for most online stuff. I do have a more "professional" email address but it has my full name and I don't really want that to be shared. My other question is if a shared google folder is decent enough for the portfolio? Never done this before and just want to be sure I'm doing it right!

Hiya! Everyone has a first time, and I’m glad to help with yours! For your email, put whatever you’re comfortable with for an email. We won’t question…probably. As for your portfolio, most people share a Google Drive folder, so that would work great!
