Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals Grants Oral Argument

Great news in the case! The 11th circuit Court of appeals which is one Court below the US Supreme Court has granted oral argument on Scott’s appeal.

this is a great sign that the cord is actually considering the merits of Scott’s case and shows that there in fact is a reasonable chance Scott could win his appeal.

The hearing is scheduled for May of 2019.
