My personal HC for iceberg is that he's an army veteran recruited after an incident with some kind of bomb that made him cold, but also he's short.

I think it comes up in all fo gears' arguments with him

"Would you mind taking these papers to Dr Light for me, Dr Iceberg?"

"Fuck you, I'm not your slave."

"No, but you are a foot shorter than me. I believe than means I am allowed to 'pull rank' as you may say."

I love when people make iceberg short but still fit his character. And by short I mean like 5'4"-5'5", but he still keeps his bitter, maniacle, "I have LITERALLY nothing to lose, fight me bitch!" attitude because I agree with the other anon, he isn't some whiney femboy upset because he didn't get a promotion and he's stuck being gears' pet femboy. He's someone who is being actively crushed by the weight of the corporate ladder as it drives him slowly to the point of breaking.
