Hang on. Another cancer storyline? They're not giving yet another character cancer right? I struggle to care about Chas as it is. Sorry not sorry. And watch as that accident storyline will be another like Caleb where they walk away with an arm in a sling or something.

They're giving Dawn and Billy's son leukemia so you know...that's cheery.

And yeah I don't know what this accident thing is going to be or who the two family groups are because if it's not the Kings and the Hopes cause we already just did that...there's not that many families left other than Dingles.

I don't know...this show kind of just makes me sad now. I need someone in charge to like...actually care about the characters and stop just copy pasting stories.

Another cancer story…

Another accident story where lives will hang in the balance and it’ll be big for two families…

Another random character coming in with secret connections to an existing character who will cause trouble…

And another special episode involving Dingle characters…

Is it any wonder I’ve barely had interest in watching this show for the last six months…

International Asexuality Day!!

Today, the 6th of April, is international asexuality day.

It’s only the 3rd year of celebration, as the day was recognised in 2021!!

It’s worldwide effort to recognize the asexuality community and promote understanding of the asexual spectrum, including all umbrella identities!!

Danny on Ryan coming back:

for me as an actor, financially more than anything I'll be honest, Ryan coming back as Robert would be great, but I know he's got a young family himself and he's off doing bits and bobs himself, so maybe one day we'll be able to tempt him back but not anything imminent shall we say.

Home Farm week where Kim got pushed by Faith which had no consequences plus Joe’s fake death that dragged on and on and then abruptly ended when Kim came back.

Jaime also having a secret family and then Graham maybe being Millie’s father and then…not

The entire Jaime/Moira hit and run saga that went on forever and then had no consequences

Gabby’s loneliness story that dragged and had her falsely accusing Liam of sexual assault and then abruptly ended and had no relevance the moment they got her teen pregnant.

The end of the Maya story being more about David than her actual victim, Jacob

The number of times they threatened to make Liv have sex during her alcoholism story to show she was going off the rails

That time they made Lachlan and his dad return just to get involved with Charity and Vanessa even though they had never even met Donnie

The entirety of the Paul/Vinny/Mandy saga

The factory fire and Frank’s death being cause by Kerry and Amy and them never dealing with any consequences from that except a minimal hospital stay for Kerry after she got hit on the head or whatever and that still being a lingering thing people complain about

Burning down the factory in the first place to give us the HOP, that they’ve never properly utilized as a business aside from one kayak instructor and a ssw stunt yet it’s still just keeping business from the pub which should be the heart of the village but no longer is due to everyone suddenly wanting to have all of their fancy meals at the cafe of an outdoor pursuits center

The entirety of the miserably long drawn out Malone story that also never had any real consequences in the end

They truly were the worst.
