I was looking through my drafts when I discovered the beginnings of a fic titled Peter Gordon, this hadn’t been turned into anything as I was more focused on one of my other works, but I decided to at least share the idea.

Basically the concept is that Jim Gordan fosters Peter Parker.

It starts with the events of No Way Home, and the spell forcing Peter into a different universe where he finds himself in Gotham.

He is homeless for a while and continues his vigilante work, one day he gets hurt and is unconscious in an alleyway. The police are called and Jim is the one who finds him, he quickly realizes that this kid has no connection to Batman or even an Identity. So he takes him in, does most of necessary paperwork and then Peter is officially his ward.

Jim tries to tell Babs about it, that she’s moved out and he’s able to foster and do some good, she thinks it’s a good idea but she’s been to busy to actually meet Peter. Not that her father knows, but she’s been working hard on trying to find out who this Sider-man is.

Speaking of Spider-Man, she believes he is older than he actually is because he’s trained and intelligent, and she thinks he’s rich due to the quality of his suit. She doesn’t put two-and-two together right away.

A couple other things, this may be one of those fics where Peter speaks sign language, I’m not to sure yet.

Karen is also included, Babs runs into her online presence a lot, she goes by the name of Ov3rDrive_. Thought it was a cool hero name for our girl.

And of course, Dick Grayson is Richard Parker and Jason Todd is Uncle Ben.
