I went to my local museum the other day purely to look at the old weapons and armour because of your blog ^^ it's very fun how hard old knights wanted their armour to be cool and sexy even if it didn't help the functionality, people have been wanting to hoe it up in full plate armour since people wanted to be in full plate armour

my sister has a friend who does a lot of half marathons and one time my sister went to watch her at one. the thing about d/s is that for virtually any ship i can be sold on either character in either role. arguments about whether a given character could or would dom are virtually always deeply silly and tend, when they lean into the idea that a given character could never dom because they're just too weak-willed, incompetent, naive, or helpless, to be the product of unexamined biases percolating up.

would this character dom (or sub) is almost never an interesting question. how would this character dom (or sub) is much more interesting. what do they get out of it? how do they feel about it? how experienced are they? are they confident or awkward? what kinks do they enjoy? what are their limits and how do they communicate them? what is the dynamic with their partner like? does it shift in the bedroom, or does it stay the same? et cetera. the same as any good erotica, it's got to be about these specific people, not faceless automatons filling the prescribed roles, or it's boring

I disabled Grammerly for gdocs a while ago mainly because it made the tab run so, so slow. I would type a sentence on the keyboard and then have to wait almost a minute for it to show up on my screen, and even when I could type normally, Grammarly was still so laggy that a lot of the time when I clicked on a suggestion to change whatever I'd written, the red underline would disappear but it wouldn't actually change what I had written on my document.

I brought this up to a tech guy (he was showing me some programmes for uni use) and I brought up how slow it was and I can't remember exactly what he said about it but I think it had something to do with the system being hosted on an external server and so everything had to be relayed from my device to that server where it would look through the doc and note errors, and then that feedback would get sent back to my device, and if I agreed with a change that had to get sent from my device to the server and then sent back from the server to my device, and so on with every change or new piece of info. It was a while ago we had that chat so I could be talking complete bullshit, but whatever the reason, Grammarly is still a laggy piece of crap that has made my life harder more than it has made it easier.
