              Emerald eyes followed an army of white which found itself covering the sidewalk. NORMALLY the cop would just ignore a sight like this and keep going with his day --- but as lucked had it out for him, such an interaction wouldn’t happen as the man who had bumped into him did a rather peculiar thing and simply stood there, with a weird smile on his face while speaking in an almost mocking tone. ( Perhaps he were just in a bad mood. Perhaps he really was. Who really could tell? ) 

              It was annoying to say the least --- for the other to ever so casually ask him to help when he thought he was OBVIOUSLY on his way somewhere. Yet, at the same time, it wasn’t as if he could exactly reject the ‘ invitation ’ either. Something told the cop that if he didn’t help the other would just leave his shit there and that would be an even bigger pain int he neck.

              With a slight grunt, the dark haired man nodded his head, following the other in gathering the papers before speaking up with a simple, “ You should really keep these bound better. ”
