My biggest fantasy has always been being violently force fed. I want a dom feeder to tie me to a chair and stuff me until I’m ready to explode. Just thousands of calories forced into my big girl body until I’m ready to pop. At that point I want to be inflated and fucked like a prize winning hog. I want that everyday until I’m so grossly obese I need 4 chairs to hold my ass up and an endless stream of gainer shake in my gullet by funnel. I want my feeder to tell me how this is only the beginning.
My biggest fantasy is binding someone and then overfeeding them within an inch of their life until they’re basically incapacitated by the onslaught of fat and the atrophy of muscle from being bound. Let free just to fall into a mass of fat and angry flesh, in a pathetic weep as I strap them in to be fed again. Just left to repeat this cycle until there’s nothing left beneath the hollowed eyes, just a pathetic acceptance that this is what life is going to be now. Fed. Fattened. Owned.

My massive bariatric bed creaks under the weight of its occupant. I lay propped up against a mountain of pillows, my body spilling over the sides like dough. My skin, pale and stretched, shimmers under the dim light, revealing map of angry stretch marks that tells a story of years spent in this very bed growing against my will for you. That’s the thing about caring about others. You do things for them even if it hurts you. That’s why I have been immobile for two years.
Every morning is a battle, but today feels like something especially daunting will happen. I can feel my body giving up more and more each day. My thighs and feet are swollen from the lymphedema, I am taking enough insulin to kill a horse, and I know my heart will give out any day. The weight of my body makes me try to shift uncomfortably as I take off my CPAP and replace it with my oxygen cannula. The weight of my chest chokes me out, so I have to constantly be on oxygen. My heart races as I struggle to these very basic tasks of changing out which machine makes sure I can breathe. Ironically, it leave me breathless.
Panic bubbles beneath the surface—What if today is the day my trapped body gives up?
The door creaks open, and in you walk wearing nothing but a cheerful apron that reads “World’s Best Dad.” That’s right. That is the sick game we play. You’re the feeder dad and I am your helpless son. Behind you a cart full of breakfast becomes present: ungodly stacks of fluffy pancakes dripping with butter and syrup, bacon glistening that looks like it came from a whole hog, and a gallon of whole milk.
“Good morning, champ!” you beam, setting the first tray down on the nightstand with a clatter. “I made your favorites!”
I manage a weak smile, though my heart sinks at the sight. Have I ever been able to resist you? My food addiction wins every time and even if it didn’t there is no way in hell you would let me lose the weight. I am too far gone. I feel it in my enlarged heart that is starting to hurt. “Thanks, Daddy.” My voice hoarse, tinged with the weight of anxiety. I want to feel grateful, but look what you did to me under your “care.” Each bite you, my daddy, prepare feels like another nail in the coffin.
“Talk? Or eat?” you laugh sadistically. You plop down on the edge of the bed. “You’re going to love this,” you cut a piece of pancake and lift it to my lips.
As the food touched my tongue, a familiar rush of pleasure mixed with a bitter taste of dread. I chew slowly, aware of the way you watch me with a blend of pride and lust. You prepare another fork full of pancake.
“Daddy, I... I can’t keep doing this,” I finally manage, pushing the fork away as my chest tightens.
“Shh, don’t think like that. Just eat, my boy,” you bring the fork to my lips. “You’ll see. I’m making you stronger for daddy.”
“Stronger? Or bigger?”
“Just finish your breakfast, son. That’s all I ask,” you press, tone firm but loving.
“I am bedbound and dying. People die at this weight!”
“And you should be grateful someone is willing to take care of you and let you eat whatever you want! Be grateful for daddy.”
“I am grateful, but—”
“No buts! Just enjoy your breakfast. There is plenty more after this tray.” You force a crispy piece of bacon dripping in syrup in my mouth, the sweetness overpowering me. “Trust daddy. That’s right, eat. Get nice and fat for daddy.” The rhythm in which you feed me starts to pick up. “You’re such a good boy.”
That was it. Between the delicious food, your lust, and calling me a good boy, I feel my little nub of a cock somewhere in a fatpad covered under rolls of lard twitch. I am yours. I will never question you again. You're right. This is silly. I need this. I need thousands of calories. I need YOU.

Health impacts of obesity, death feedee edition
TW: this is dark and very real, do not read if you are not ready to understand the consequences of feedism. And I really mean it. It may be f* scary.
You know I study physiotherapy at med school. And Im also a feedee, feeder, FA... Which means that mine internships in hospitals are pretty heavy and hard for me. I see all the impacts of obesity, or even morbid obesity on people and their health. On their life.
We are all talking about heart-attacks. Sure, your arteries getting clugged, atherosclerosis growing in your body and getting you closer to an early grave. But atherosclerosis does not cause only heart-attacks. It would be nice, wouldn’t it? Feeling your heart struggling, pain in your chest (which you deserve for being the pig you were), and pretty soon there is the end. Death.
But atherosclerosis can also cause strokes. And I don’t think you want that. Part of your brain gonna die, part gonna live. It can affect your motor functions, your ability to feel by touch, your ability to know where and how placed your limbs are, your speech, of course your ability to think. You may die, sure. Or you gonna survive and live way way worse life fully dependant on people around you… Did you know that?
You also might ruin your pancreas. Im sure that many of you already have insulin tolerance way higher than you should. Well diabetes mellitus is incoming if you will not change your lifestyle. It does not only mean that you will need to take insulin! It will also damage your nerves. Neuropathies are very common. DM can lead even to amputations of legs. And also an impact on eyes is very well known, you can become blind. Over all diabetes is a metabolic disease and it has huge impact on your whole body – nerves, organs, veins, everything.
Another effect of our feedee diet - your liver become fattier making it work less. And liver are very important organ! Liver steatosis can become cirrhosis, the organ will be very damaged. Btw it also gonna increase your blood pressure which has significant impact on probability of heart-attacks and strokes. Another thing – there can appear stones in your gallbladder. That is mainly caused by eating too greasy and fatty food. And this also can be very painful situation needing a surgery.
It is proved that obesity increases the risk of cancer, especially cancer in gastro-intestinal tract and urogenitals. One more thing that people do not want.
Not to mention your musculo-sceletal system. Arthrosis in joints (another painful thing restricting your daily life), unfit and stiff muscles, bones easier to break by your weight if you fall… And it will not hurt only when you move. But also when you lie in your bed getting stuffed to the brim once again. Who of you have never ever had back pain, mainly lower-back pain? It is not comfortable, is it? And it only gonna get worse if you don’t exercise.
There are also impacts on your skin but i'm not good in this field so can't say much about it.
I know it is a lot of fun to be a feedee. To gain, get fatter, heavier, softer. Getting out of breath easily? Oh f* yes please, it makes you so horny. But there is a huge impact on your health. Im sure you know it. But maybe you don’t know all the specific things that may happen. This is just a brief list of health complications that obesity brings. So if you are a death feedee, go on! Eat yourself to these diseases if that’s what you want. But be aware that your life probably will not end by a sudden quick heart attack. You will suffer many months and years due to many comorbidities till your body will give up on you. Are you ready for that long pain?
Wanted to let you know so that I can feel better when I actually encourage you to gain. You know, consent means that you agree while being aware of the consequences. If you want me to help you get morbidly obese I wanna be sure I warned you. And maybe (hopefully) this gonna help someone to stop gaining so much if they find out that they would not be happy. Because babes – I don’t want you fat in the first place. I want you happy.
That’s the reason why im drinking 700 kcal hot chocolate made of heavy cream while writing this article. It makes me happy to gain. It makes me happy being fat even though I know all of these things. And it also scares the s*it out of me. I fear it so much. I want it so much. Im not a death feedee in real life, will not let the kink kill me (I hope). But I definitely am a death feedee in fantasies, deep inside and sometimes it is really hard to find the difference between having fun and ruining your body.

I hold out the baking dish I entered with, showing you that it's now empty. "Did you eat the entire tray of brownies while I was at work?" A sheepish and shameful look spreads across your face. You don't answer the flush of embarrassment on your face is answer enough.
"Aww, couldn't help yourself could you piggy?" I sneer "You were supposed to let them cool so I could hand feed them to you later. Such a naughty greedy pig, and naughty pigs need to be punished."
Inside I'm beaming, so proud of how greedy my pig has become. You're getting so wonderfully fat, and just compelled to stuff your face. I've trained you so well. But I can't let that show, not yet anyway. Long ago learning nothing gets you to eat more than shame and a forceful hand.
"For the rest of the night, you eat what I say when I say. No refusing. Got that fatty?! We're gonna see just how much that fat gut of yours can hold." You can only nod and wince as I give your belly a little slap before going to the kitchen. I return carrying a large tray of food. "Open wide" I say shoving the first bite into your mouth "You've got some serious eating to do"

BASIC THEORY~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
How does a person gain weight? In theory, whenever your calories IN are more numerous than your  calories OUT, you will see weight gain. My personal belief is this gain is compounding, as weight increase generally means activity decrease, thus being easier to continue to gain weight over time as much as your BMR will be directly impacted by your gain (more calories needed to sustain/maintain higher weight). For someone who is accidentally or unintentionally gaining, this usually looks like <500 calories more than their required BMR in a day. 500cal+BMR/BMR would in theory result in 1lb of weight gain in a week (52 weeks in a year = 52lbs). For someone who is intentionally gaining, it isn’t unheard of for someone eating a surplus of 1500-3500cal a day to see 1lbs a day (1500-3500+BMR/BMR a day = 3-7lbs a week) or 150lbs-374lbs in a year (both numbers are dramatically noticeable gains if you are hoping to do so in secret). With the help of an online encourager (and from my personal experience) you can expect to see upwards of 5-20lbs in a month gaining, while those with in person feeders often see more aggressive results. Use any of the above calculators to get your BMR as a base line - and the Prokerela calculator if you have a target date for your weight gains (ex: if you were 180lbs today and wanted to weigh 400lbs in 18 months) and it will provide you your approximate necessary caloric intake to get you to said weight by the date.
TECHNIQUES ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Overview: Additional tips and tricks, methods - some old “wives tales” and other unproven sentiments.
1. Don’t drink water before or during meals. Water is a necessity, but we hear about using water as a substitute for other drinks & drinking between bites as a means to lose weight, not gain. Drink (homo) milk instead.
2. Stop drinking 1-2% or skim milk! (160 calories versus 40-75 per serving)
3. Use creamer (10%+) instead of milk in cereal.
4. Eat more often! Despite the “benefits” of gaining to be had from putting “your body into starvation mode”, this isn’t healthy nor is it a viable option in the long run. 
5. Use bigger plates & fill them!
6. Weigh yourself & keep logs of calories in & out, as well as weight !
7. If you are having a hard time because you have a fast metabolism, or have a natural inclination to be athletic/muscular - double, triple, or quadruple your current food intake !
8. Intermittent fasting can be beneficial, however try to limit food intake to hours in a day versus staggered days of eating & not eating - 12PM-8PM for example, or 12PM-12AM.
9. Nuts & carbs are your best friend.
10. peanuts, cashews, and olive oil - yogurt, fruit pies and granola bars are all healthy fatty snacks as well 
11. (Stolen from Wikihow) Eat late at night. Without even upping your food intake, changing your eating times can facilitate the weight gaining process. Have a big dinner late at night and after that? Pile on dessert. A recent study shows that people who snack after 8 p.m. have higher body mass indexes (BMIs) than people who don’t nosh at night, even though they don’t eat significantly more total daily calories
12. Eat fast food.
13. Buy snacks you love, and buy them in bulk on sale (check flipp app for coupons/flyers, go to Costco etc.)
14. Eat meal replacement snacks as a second snack or between meals.
15. Grazing can be a good maintenance trick for people trying to rewire their brains to lose weight, but consistently eating (making sure you have a snack in your hand or within your arms reach) for 10-12 hours a day is a surefire way to put on weight.
16. Use desjardin breakfast drinks, ensure, k brand, or other stir-in meal replacements in your milk on top of your meal.
17. High fat foods and high protein foods will be a major help.
18. Limit your physical activity ! Fuck walking, drive. Fuck taking the stairs, be lazy !
19. Make friends in your community that also enjoy gaining weight, or feeding - hell, even make some plus size friends who love to go out and eat- the power of having friends around who also want to snack all the time is lucrative !
