A, B, C: No to Bully

A phenomenon has begun to raise in the society especially in the lives of the youths. Numerous suicide cases were reported to be the result of these phenomena. Sometimes, those people went to depression after experiencing such tragic occurrences. It is known as bullying. According to Meriam Webster Dictionary, bullying is to frighten, hurt or threaten (a smaller or weaker person): to act like a bully toward (someone) and to cause (someone) to do something by making threats or insults or by using force. And if you are under-going such thing, you are in the right column.

Back though the years, bullying is a big struggle experienced by many. Bullies are everywhere, making people especially the weaklings to suffer. If ever you are one of the victims, first thing for me to advise is, consult to an adult. You need a mature person to guide you and give you advises for you to know what are better actions you need to take. It is better to express what you really feel than owning it and isolating yourself in the corner. You need a good listener with you to prevent depression and overcome your struggles in life. It’s not easy to do it yourself when in times of emotional wreck. Seek help from people who are trustworthy enough to be with you.

Crucial moments really come in life. It is a battle of strong will to survive in this cruel word and cruel people. We just need to be ready and physically and emotionally to overcome those bullies and their evil works. Always remember, it is not your fault that you are weak that you are suffering bullying and if you are depressed at the moment. It is by those bullies and no need to blame yourself for grieving that much. Keep this in mind, life is beautiful. You just need to open your eyes and focus to the good things not on the things that are giving you burden.
