I went through something similar recently and I think it’s important to ask why you feel like you don’t like this friend anymore and whether it’s effecting you negatively. Ultimately I just had to move on

yeah i think it is its causing me stress plus constantly being roped into things that cost money when i have very little of that while she lives at home and doesn’t have to pay rent or buy groceries and feeling like saying no makes me boring or a bad friend. i spoke to my mam about this yesterday and she said no is a word everyone should learn i think i need to just keep saying no until she gets it but also she will catch on to that and call me out and cause an argument so i think im in for a big fallout either way

i think we should stop calling them baby names so people remember they’re not just naming a baby but also a future twenty seven year old with a resume

this is mostly pronounced amongst teens and young adults but it’s so funny to me when I see discourse that’s like “what does a 26 year old and a 32 year old have in common????” acting like somehow 6 years is a massive generational gap… girl not only is that the same generation but it’s also literally nothing once you’re both fully grown adults

Everybody needs that one friend who's better at piracy than you so you can ask for links to tv shows or perhaps movies and they just Have them. They're like genies. This is a priceless gift when unfamiliar links scare you when you try to google Watch free online yourself. Very literally it does not have a price. You aren't paying for it

yeah :( we’ve seen eachother at some family stuff and have chatted and it’s been okay so there’s progress but i’ve been realising how much all that stuff has effected my other relationships and my confidence in myself, not sure how to work on that but i will try

it’s so funny how a breakdown of a relationship with one person who you thought you would be close to forever in turn makes you insecure in all your relationships like you cannot convince that everyone is not looking for a reason to never speak to my again, anyway i’m looking for a good therapist preferably one who is maybe looking to do some charity work
