A temporary farewell...

My lovely, customers,

While the holidays are an exciting, uplifting time for a lot of us, I hate to be the one to bring bad news but I’m finding myself unable to put this off any longer.

Within the next few weeks, Second Star will be leaving Second Life as an in-world store. I have decided to take a break from creating for this amazing community until I have finished my real life education. Unfortunately, the program I have chosen combined with work and family commitments leave me barely able to keep my head above water in real life much less Second Life.

Second Star clothes are still going to be available for purchase on the Marketplace, however I will not be participating in events or creating anything new during this time.

All of you have been so wonderfully supportive. I have blushed at your compliments, become a better creator through your constructive criticism and grown as an artist as a whole. I’ve made friends through this business and found myself immersed in a wonderful escape for the past three years. I value each and every one of you and I want to thank you for the last three years.

This isn’t goodbye, I’ll see you all soon,

It’s Been  A While!

Hello all! 

I’m not going to sugar coat it, I’ve been missing for quite some time. This has to do mostly with real life and somewhat with creative burn out. Either way, I have a few announcements! 

For one, Second Star’s main building has moved! We’re on an entirely different Sim now which can be found by clicking here. There’s a lot of really amazing stores on Hastara alongside Second Star and you should definitely go check them out! (They’re all related to big kids too!)

On another note, for those of you who have asked for some full perm meshes, I’m proud to announce that there’s a new shirt on Marketplace for you guys to play around with!

Please try out the demo before you buy, but I really hope you like it! This will be the first of many full perm clothes to come, next of which will be very soon if all goes to plan. 

Lastly, I want to announce that Second Star is going to be included in some events this coming December! I will be sharing updates and announcements here as things go but be sure to keep a look out at Big Dreams for Big Kids, Shop Hop and the Big Dreams Winter Village. Don’t worry, I’ll be including links later on!

I’m very happy to be back in the process of creating and I hope you guys will love what new things I have to offer! I’ll see you all very soon <3

Hello, hello, hello!

Firstly, I want to apologize to anyone who has tried to get a hold of me over the past few months. I was finishing up University at first, taking a short break and then my computer decided to make that break much longer than intended and denied me access to Second Life on any viewer for a good three months. Thankfully, I have friends who have helped maintain my store for me, answer a few questions here and there and generally keep my head above water so thank you to them! You’re lifesavers <3

Secondly, the Second Star main store is now under construction and is not available at the moment. I’m going to go as quickly as I can! In the meantime, the Marketplace online is still open and should be running properly, I’m available for questions and I encourage everyone to look around the beautiful Sim that Second Star is situated on! It’s full of clothes for big kids and I’m sure you’ll love it!

Thank you all for your patience, I apologize to anyone who thought I was ignoring them and I’m excited to be back! Keep an eye out for new meshes and clothes out in time for back to school! Love you all <3
