Because the company was there, we could trust and lean on each other while promoting and Secret could exist and we could meet all of you incredibly precious fans who have supported those dreams even until now. Because that is where my heart is at, the truth is that I am still agonizing now about if I can accurately relay what the current situation is. - Many people will have seen this in the news, but it is true that in August 2017 an application for arbitration of exclusive contract was submitted with the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board against TS Entertainment and a little while ago, my exclusive contract was deemed invalid. Additionally, I wanted to state clearly for those who are confused by the news that the articles that say that we are in the middle of a civil lawsuit are false. - Because I know how long fans have been waiting for Secret, I want to be careful and my heart is full of sorry. However, my desire to give bright energy to many people remains steadfast. For the future, I am leaving the team known as Secret and I am planning to get a new start under the name Song Jieun. I believe that your encouragement and support will give me much strength. Through this experience, it has been a time of development for me as well. I will conclude these words with the wish to meet you again even brighter, as Song Jieun was originally, with this as a foundation. I am sorry and I thank you.
