PRE-RELATIONSHIP

1. How did they first meet? the actual first time was when Astral helped Yuma defeat Ryoga, but the first time Ryoga was able to see Astral, they were already in good terms and became friends

2. What was their first impression of each other? A: "Skilled duelist." R: "Sassy bastard."

3. Did any of their friends or family want them to get together? no one ever imagined they would end up together but there were no objections to it. They were supported

6. If you had told one of them that the other would be their soulmate, what would they think? they wouldn't believe it. Astral literally has one already and it's not Ryoga

7. What would their lives be like if they had never met? Astral would've not been born because Don Thousand would've not caused problems (so Nasch, as a Barian, would've also not been born, and "Ryoga Kamishiro" would be someone else entirely)

GENERAL

1. Who initiated the relationship, and how did it go? Ryoga. It was really hard because they both were using each other to deal with the heartbreak caused by Yuma

2. Did they have an official first date? If so, what was it like? not really, they dueled against one another, does that count?

3. What was their first kiss like? it tasted of desperation, and relief

4. Were they each other’s first anything (kiss, relationship, etc.)? no

5. What’s their height difference? Age difference? about 1cm (Astral is taller). Astral is older by thousands of years (one could argue that Nasch is, too, but he wasn't born before Astral)

6. What’s their relationship with each other’s families? Rio thinks Astral will finally put some sense in her brother's head and she approves them. Eliphas and Ena admire Ryoga for his prowess and how he's just as skilled as Astral, so he can protect him and Astral World

7. Who takes the lead in social situations? Ryoga

8. Who gets jealous easier? Astral, but he hides it (so it ends up looking like it's Ryoga)

9. Who whispers inappropriate things in the other’s ear? Ryoga

LOVE

1. Who said “I love you” first? Ryoga

2. What are their primary love languages? Ryoga: quality time, acts of service, physical touch Astral: words of affirmation, receiving gifts, physical touch

DOMESTIC LIFE

1. If they get married, who proposes? Astral

2. What’s the wedding like? Who attends? a luxurious ceremony in Astral World. Their friends and family and probably other random people too

3. How many kids do they have, if any? What are they like? none

4. Do they have any pets? they might consider getting an aquarium

5. Who’s the stricter parent? n/a

6. Who worries the most? both, Ryoga's worries can get pretty bad considering how reckless Astral gets (and the same goes for Astral, too)

7. Who kills the bugs in the house? Ryoga

8. How do they celebrate holidays? relaxing together, only the two of them

9. Who’s more likely to convince the other to come back to sleep in the morning? Astral

10. Who’s the better cook? Ryoga

11. Who likes to dance? neither

thinking about that dude who was chasing me and my fursona for **months** and wouldn't stop commenting about wanting to erm "breed him" and I thought it was silly cuz I'm normally ok with horny comments but this continued for months straight until he said something so transphobic I kinda snapped.

Can I... talk about the theory that winners help craft the next game?

Because, and I really can not say this enough, it puts So Much into perspective.

Everything starts out Normal. Three lives, simple, cut and dry, there hasn't been a winner yet. No one to help craft the game. (And there's something to be said about how simple it really was. Not even a real expectation of the world becoming pvp or combative. No idea of the war to come)

Then Grian wins. The green killer, the man who vowed his first life to the one whose life he took. The next game the boogie man is born. A mechanic that allows and, in fact, demands, a green kill. People can trade lives back and forth, currency and debt wrapped up in one. (can we still be friends? Said the red partner. A life time later and reds are hostile, alone. Maybe it's an answer: No. Not anymore)

Scott wins this time. He refuses to play the game. He will not kill his team, he will love and he will do so fiercely and with all of himself. The next game people are attached through to their very souls. Every bit of damage to one soul is done to its twin. There is no boogeyman. (There is no way for a widow to be left without their love)

Pearl wins and she wins a blood bath. Spent the game draped in red, only wolves for company. Sitting in her tower, shivering in ice, maybe she wanted it to end. To see where it would. Limited life rewards you for killing, limited life has a clock tick tick ticking down, you always no how long you have. A curse yes, but a blessing too.

Now It's Martyn's turn.

And what a turn it is.

Keep your secrets, says the disloyal man, keep them well. Everything hurts, everything Matters, says the man fracturing with every loss. (What if we could love each other without hurting? Says The Hand, who never wanted to be coated in blood)

More importantly, Martyn has always seen the watchers below the surface. Now, they're right here in front of him. Something that could almost... be rebelled against, no? Something that someone else could finally point to and say: hey, hey isn't that familiar?

Like X-Men 97’ will probably be his most in-character tv version cause HE FINALLY GETS HIS SWORDS. FINALLY. BUT MY MAN IS FLIRTY AND CONFIDENT AND SLAYS SO HARD. He’s constantly flirting with and wooing the ladies (especially Storm) and has so much homo-erotic tension with Wolverine, like he an Morph would definitely get along cause they actually have very similar personalities. Kurt does tend to be more serious in general, but he’s still a playful flirt and makes dorky quips to villains while he fights

Like yeah teenage him was probably more shy but every time I see an adult version of him that’s still the uwu shy boi, I want to claw my eyes out cause NO-
