a little matt/marci/foggy domestic stuff
“Why don’t you just use two whisks?” Marci asks, accusingly, and Foggy laughs as he keeps stirring the icing for the cake he promised them if they all survived finals. “You’d save Murdock here from having to lose every single time.” “I win sometimes,” Matt says. “Which is impressive, because I can’t see your thumb.” They’re sitting at the cramped card table in Matt and Foggy’s dorm room, Matt and Marci on each side of it. The room smells like warm chocolate cake. “Stick it up,” Marci says, primly, grabbing Matt’s hand and positioning it for a thumb war. Foggy watches fondly as they fight until Marci finally mashes her thumb down on top of Matt’s, pinning it down. “Shit,” Matt says. “Ha,” Marci says, grinning at him then reaching her hand out towards Foggy. “It’s mine.” “Who said I was sharing?” Foggy asks, raising his eyebrows before licking the whisk. Marci gasps. Matt smiles slowly. “What if I ask nicely?” he says, standing up and walking over to Foggy deliberately, swinging his hips a little. “Why don’t you try?” Foggy asks, placing a hand on Matt’s waist. “Oh my god,” Marci says, as Matt leans in to kiss Foggy, thoroughly, until Foggy’s a little light-headed. When they break the kiss, he immediately holds up the whisk, says, “About an inch from your mouth, Matty.” Matt smiles and leans in to lick up the whisk from bottom to top, moaning softly. He gets a little chocolate on his cheek, and Foggy kisses it off, distracted by the taste of sugar on Matt’s skin when Marci steps up to tug Foggy away and push him up against the wall to kiss him deeply. “This was, uh,” Foggy says, when she lets him go and smirks up at him, “this was a good plan.” Marci steals the whisk from him and licks it herself, then goes to kiss Matt, too, sharing the rest of the icing between them while Foggy watches and feels very, very lucky.

let’s talk about sex
scrap of the angry teen matt au written for confusedandhopeful
They’ve just finished making out under the bleachers during lunch and are sitting pressed together while they eat when Foggy asks, “So, what do we talk about now that you’re definitely my boyfriend?”
“I’m your boyfriend?” Matt asks, trying not to smile so hard.
“As long as you want to be,” Foggy says. He sounds so confident, squeezing Matt’s hand. “Want to be my boyfriend, Matty?”
Matt bites his lip for a long moment before he turns to kiss Foggy on the mouth firmly.
“Yeah,” he says, quietly. “I’d like that.”
“So, what do we talk about now?” Foggy asks. “How do we go about our daily lives? Everything’s changed.”
“I don’t think anything has to change,” Matt says, laughing. “We can still talk about whatever we did before, we’ll just—”
“Make out a whole bunch?” Foggy asks.
“Yeah,” Matt says, and it’s something about Foggy almost sitting in his lap, about the fact that Matt can still feel the way their bodies moved together when he pinned Foggy down in the grass, that makes him turn his head away and mumble, “And maybe—more than that?”
“What was that?” Foggy asks, but he sounds delighted.
“You heard me,” Matt says, rolling his eyes.
“If everyone could see you now,” Foggy says, reaching out to take Matt’s face in his hands and kiss his forehead, “blushing just from implying that we might have sex, probably none of them would call you the Unabomber anymore. You’re adorable, Matty.“
“I’m not,” Matt grumbles, even though Foggy calling him that with that much affection in his voice makes him blush harder and feel this kind of stupid, bubbly, giddy feeling that he’s been feeling almost constantly.
“You’re a scrappy and intimidating and adorable,” Foggy says. “It’s just one of the many aspects of Matt Murdock. So, you want to talk about sex?”
“I’ve just thought about it,” Matt says, shrugging. “With you.”
“I’ve thought about it, too,” Foggy says, wrapping an arm around Matt. “My mom’s been getting on me about my showers being too loud.”
“Oh my god,” Matt says, laughing and turning to hide his face in Foggy’s neck.
“There’s nothing wrong about masturbation, Matthew,” Foggy says, in a patient teacher voice. “I know the Catholic church might have told you otherwise, but it’s natural and beautiful.”
“I hate you,” Matt says, still laughing.
“You don’t,” Foggy says.
Matt lifts his head and listens to Foggy’s heart and smile..
“Yeah,” he says, leaning up to kiss him once. “I don’t.”
“How about this?” Foggy asks, putting his other arm around Matt and holding him close. “Let’s go on a date with 100% romantic connotations after school and find somewhere quiet and we can talk about all of the dirty things we want to do with each other.”
Matt takes a deep breath where his face is buried in Foggy’s hair.
“Yeah,” he says. “Okay.”
*
They get ice cream and Matt thinks about licking the melted ice cream off of Foggy’s hand and then about licking in general and he’s sure that Foggy’s heart sped up while he watched Matt eating. He’s never thought about his own mouth and what it’s capable of this much in his life.
They walk as they eat and end up at a small park, sitting against a tree.
“Alright, Murdock,” Foggy says. “Tell me about your dirty thoughts.”
Matt shakes his head and smiles, but he’s been thinking about it a lot.
“I want to take off your clothes,” he says, haltingly because he’s never said anything like this out loud before, “and touch you and—kiss you all over.”
“Okay, sure, I’m down for that,” Foggy says, a little choked. “Tell me more.”
“No, you go,” Matt says, elbowing him.
“Okay,” Foggy says. “I—I keep thinking about your mouth. You’ve got, like, a really nice one.”
“What were you thinking about?” Matt asks, resting a hand on Foggy’s knee, squeezing it gently.
“Kissing you,” Foggy says. “You giving me hickies. Uhm—I don’t expect you to do this if you’re not into it, but I thought about. . .”
He draws off like he’s looking for the right words and Matt supplies them, softly, “Me sucking your dick?”
“Only if you’re into it.”
“I’ve never done it—I mean, I haven’t done anything, but I’ve thought about it, too,” Matt admits.
“High five for awkward virgins,” Foggy says, and Matt holds his hand up willingly so Foggy can slap it.
“I think I want to,” Matt says, quickly, before they change the subject, catching Foggy’s hand to hold onto it.
“Like. . .soon?” Foggy asks.
“I mean, not right now,” Matt says, “but—my fosters are going out of town on Friday.”
“Friday,” Foggy repeats. “You want to suck my dick on Friday.”
“Yes,” Matt says, firmly, reaffirming it to himself. “I want to suck your dick on Friday.”
Foggy’s quiet for a moment before he tackles Matt to the ground to kiss him.
“Best. Boyfriend. Ever,” he says, punctuating each word with a kiss.

abandoned ot3 draft
Foggy’s basically one hundred percent sure that Matt and Karen are going to get back together—put two beautiful people who make terrible decisions in the same room for long enough and they’re going to take their clothes off. Foggy gets this. It just makes sense.
He didn’t expect to be in the room when it happened, though.
“Matt and I have been talking,” Karen says.
“You can say no,” Matt says.
It’s after they just won a case, after Matt insisted on going to Foggy’s favorite restaurant and paying for it, after Foggy jokes, “I feel like I’m being seduced,” and Matt choked on his food and Karen turned bright red and—oh.
“. . .am I being seduced?” he asks.
Karen looks at Matt and Matt makes the same face that he makes when he’s clearly deciding whether or not he should lie about the extent of his injuries when Foggy’s holding a towel to his side to stop the bleeding. It’s a pretty clear answer.
“We love you,” Karen says, after a moment, voice getting a little pointed when she continues, “and Matt told me something that he should’ve told you a long time ago that changes things. If you want them to change.”
Matt’s still making the face.
“Catch me up, buddy,” Foggy says, thinking of cementing the sexual crisis that started in high school when he saw Matt smile for the first time, how Matt must have known that the way Foggy’s heart raced wasn’t just nerves over meeting a new roommate.
In character, Matt chooses action over talking, reaches across the table until his fingers brush Foggy’s and then sliding them together, holding onto Foggy’s hand and giving him this smile that borders on broken. Foggy squeezes his hand because, like they are at their best, he just wants Matt to be okay.
“Foggy,” Matt says, softly. “I’ve been scared of what I feel for you for—years.”
“Years, okay,” Foggy echoes, huffing out a laugh, “and I’m gonna make you express your feelings, Murdock—how do you feel about me?”
Matt hesitates.
“Let’s pay first,” he says.
*
Outside the restaurant, Matt shamelessly presses him up against the wall in the alley beside the building and kisses him on the mouth, warm shaky hands framing Foggy’s face. Foggy’s immediate coherent reaction, after a strangled noise close to Matt’s face, is wishing he could turn back time and do this the first time he really wanted to—halfway through freshman year, walking home from a party, looking at Matt’s face when he laughed and realizing he’d like to look at it forever.
He’s basically on his way to achieving that, though. Especially considering Matt’s probable life expectancy.
“You’re—you’re the most important person in the world to me,” Matt says, tracing his fingers over Foggy’s face before sliding them into his hair, like he’s anchoring himself. “You both are.”
Matt’s never really said anything like that to him. It could have helped, during the tougher times, when he couldn’t tell that he was important to Mat t at all.
“And you want to express that—sexually?” he asks, wishing Matt would kiss him again.
“We love you,” Karen repeats, stepping close to rub a hand down Matt’s back before moving him aside to take his place, kissing Foggy gently. When Foggy opens his eyes, she’s smiling and Matt’s pressed up against her back, hiding his face in her shoulder for a moment before he raises his head and smiles, too.
“I love you,” he says. “I’ve wanted you since I was nineteen. It just—took me a while to deal with it and then it felt like it was too late.”
“. . .you’re an idiot,” Foggy says. Nineteen.
“I’m an idiot,” Matt echoes, nodding.
“Come here,” Foggy says, stepping forward to kiss him over Karen’s shoulder, her body pressed between theirs.
“Share,” she says, laughing, turning to kiss Matt and then Foggy in turn. They form an awkward huddle, sharing kisses until she says, “Shit,  it’s cold out. Do you want time to think or—do you want to come home with us?”
Thinking would be smart because it’s not as if Matt and Karen have the most stable relationship—or Matt and Foggy for that matter, or anyone Matt’s ever been with or thought about being with—but he’s well-kissed and they’re already sharing body heat just standing so close and the idea of getting both of them naked and touching is equal parts overwhelming and incredibly necessary.
“Matt’s bed is biggest, right?” he asks.
Thinking is overrated, anyway. He’s the last of them to come to terms with this.
*
“Take your clothes off,” Karen says, as soon as the front door shuts. “Both of you.”
“Bossy,” Foggy says.
“Karen—likes to be in charge,” Matt says, pulling Foggy in to kiss him and pull his shirt over his head. They undress each other between kisses and Foggy keeps glancing to see Karen sitting fulling clothed, still wearing heels, perched on the arm of the sofa.
“Is that okay?” she asks, when she notices Foggy looking at her.
“What should we do next?” Foggy asks, because of course it is.
Karen smiles and kicks her heels a little, hums contemplatively until they’re both naked and turned to face her. Foggy feels kind of exposed but Karen just looks him over and gives him this long, sweet dark look like she knows exactly what she wants to do with him.
“I want to see Matt’s mouth around your dick,” she says, angling her head toward Matt instead, hair falling in her face. “Didn’t you tell me you wanted to suck him off, Matt?”
“Yeah,” Matt says, smiling faintly and ducking his head.
“Tell him.”
Matt only hesitates for a moment before he turns toward Foggy and says, echoing Karen, “I want to suck you off. I used to think about it all the time when we lived together, after the first time I did it for someone else—wanted to hear what your heart would do.”
“What’s it doing now?” Foggy asks.
Matt reaches out to place his hand on Foggy’s chest, over his heart.
“It’s racing,” he says. “Like you want me.”
“No kidding,” Foggy says.
“Get on your knees, Matt,” Karen says, sounding extremely pleased with herself.
Foggy isn’t convinced that this isn’t an elaborate fever dream, but here’s Matt sinking to his knees and Karen getting to her feet, walking over to ghost fingers over Matt’s hair and then Foggy’s cheek, leaning in to kiss him softly on the mouth.
“He likes it kind of rough,” she says, close to Foggy’s ear, “as long as you’re nice to him after.”
“Oh, trust me,” Foggy says, laughing. “I know he’s a cuddler.”
“We—drank a lot in college,” Matt says.
“Drunk Matt just wants a hug,” Foggy says.
“Oh, he wants a lot more than that,” Matt says, smiling when Karen laughs.
“Open your mouth,” she says, and Foggy watches Matt open his mouth, red and wet from where he’s been chewing on his lips—it’s distracting enough that he doesn’t notice that Karen’s traced a warm hand down his stomach to wrap around his dick, stroking it a few times. He’s not sure whether to look at her hand or her face or Matt’s tongue darting out to lick his lips.
Karen fists her hand in Matt’s hair and tugs him closer, guiding Foggy’s dick into his mouth.
“Take his hair,” Karen says, kissing Foggy one more time when his dick is nudging up against Matt’s throat.
“Yes, ma’am,” Foggy says, more sincerely than he means, taking Matt by the hair when she lets go of him and pulling him down further.
Matt gags and moans.
Karen kicks off her heels.
“Good boy,” she says.
“Him or me?” Foggy asks, after a beat.
“Him,” Karen says, laughing brightly. “We’ll have to see about you.”
That sounds like a challenge.
Foggy likes a challenge.

I’m going to try to keep this blog full of random fun stuff, like abandoned fics such as the following Jake/Foggy one and other things that I haven’t thought up yet! :)
I’ll be putting Giving It Up on a different blog and sharing the link for it soon.
“I,” Jake says, standing very close to Foggy, “am beginning to think that I am not entirely heterosexual.”
Foggy’s already made out with one cop in his life, albeit when they were fifteen, and he’s not sure that he should add another one to the list but—Jake’s cute. They’ve been talking at Josie’s for half an hour because Jake was there to stake it out for crime busting reasons but Josie has powers and got him drunk enough that he’s just kind of swaying towards Foggy and making eyes at him.
“Do you want to—test that?” Foggy asks, smiling and resting a hand on his arm.
“Will you tell me your real name first?” Jake asks, pointing at him.
“I’ll only reveal that to the person I wed,” Foggy says, straight-faced, even though it’s not that much of a secret. At least nobody knows his middle name.
“Well, we’ll see where this night goes,” Jake says, clearly attempting a wink and failing spectacularly. “Hey, where do dudes make out with other dudes? Bathroom?”
“Have you seen Josie’s bathroom yet?” Foggy asks, skeptically.
“. . .your place?” Jake offers, smiling.
Matt and Karen left earlier, so there’s no reason for him to not go home with this complete stranger—aside from the whole thing with cops and lawyers and shit. Jake doesn’t act like a cop, though; if it weren’t for the fact that he flashed his badge and whispered loudly, “I’m undercover,” about two minutes after Foggy met him, he probably wouldn’t even know.
“Are you sure that you aren’t going to miss your perp?” Foggy asks.
“Oh, yeah, I got a text an hour ago,” Jake says. “They got him at a different bar.”
“. . .then, yeah,” Foggy says, shrugging. “My place.”
