THERE IS. a website. that takes 3D models with seams and pulls it apart to make a plushie pattern and informs you where things need to be edited or darts added for the best effect. and then it lets you scale it and print off your pattern. and I want to lose my MIND because I've lost steam halfway through so many plushie patterns in the mind numbing in betweens of unwrapping, copying all of the meshes down as pieces, transferring those, testing them, then finding obvious tweaks... like... this would eradicate 99% of my trial and error workflow for 3D models to plushies & MAYBE ILL FINALLY FINISH SCREAMTAIL...

Big news for women in Norway: the consent law has finally gotten changed. The definition of rape is now broader and doesn't have to include violence. Only a clear yes means yes.

Places where women are extremely oppressed and are not protected by law (like Afghanistan or South Korea) show that if you give men power they will use it against you. All of them, yes even your cute boyfriend would stone you to death for cheating on him if it was normalized in your society. Somehow you don’t find a “good man” in those places speaking up for women. It never happens. Male behavior is strongly influenced by the power that law allows them to have over you and I’m sure the number of rape and sexual harassment cases would go down if you couldn’t just pay your way out of serving 10-20+ years by having a good lawyer.

if you’re crying and they don’t stop it’s rape.
if you’re shaking out of fear and they don’t stop it’s rape.
if you’re making unwilling noises and they don’t stop it’s rape.
if you’re making sounds of pain and they don’t stop it’s rape.
if you’re paralyzed and silent and fail to give out any kind of response and they don’t stop it’s rape.
if you can’t say no for any reason and they take your silence or failure to fight them off as a yes, it’s rape.
if you’re showing in body language that you’re uncomfortable, scared, upset, or not in the mood, and they still persist, it’s rape.
if you’re inebriated or otherwise not fully alert and conscious due to any circumstances and they take advantage of that, it’s rape.
you don’t always have to clearly say “no” or “stop”, if your partner cares about not raping you, they wont overlook any sign, any clue that you don’t want to do this.
you are not responsible for their failure to care if they’re committing a rape or not. it takes nothing away from their life not to rape another person.

I'm out of words and patience to explain once again that 'empowering' does not mean 'makes me feel confident/good/strong/powerful'. for something to be empowering it actually has to be enfranchising, it has to give you power not just the feeling of power. male approval is not empowering no matter how much it makes you feel like you have power over men by being sexy to them. this fantasy of leading lustful idiotic men around by the dick serves only men.
#talk to a man about what he thinks about the concept of a woman holding power over him because he thinks shes sexy …#without even breathing theyll explain how disrespectful their opinion of a woman who has sex to offer is

Well they did it. The US has delivered a baby from a woman's corpse.
Adrianna Smith, a 30 year old Black woman and a nurse who was failed by the very health care system that ignored her medical needs, was nine weeks pregnant. She was legally declared brain dead and the hospital doctors decided to keep her body functioning on life support to full term so they could "save her baby" because of Georgia's abortion laws.
Because of this her family was unable to put her to rest as the hospital basically held Adrianna's pregnant corpse hostage for this experiment to play out.
Now her son was cut via C section from her corpse. Only 1 lb in the NICU.
Do you know what this means? It doesn't matter now if you're dead, they'll get that baby out of you somehow, fetus or not.
Another Black woman in America/US forced to be a lab rat just like Henrietta Lacks and many others unknown.

this might sound stupid but I can’t help but believe that the new wave of “birth control is actually horrible for your body, you need to get off it immediately” misinformation from influencers and the ‘natural cycle tracking’ apps suddenly being advertised is a sneaky underhanded way of causing more unplanned pregnancies that people now cannot abort. now is possibly the worst time ever to turn towards ‘natural family planning’

It’s so fucking disgusting that magazines are now trying to shame women for being concerned about the glorification of DV and the fact that Sabrina Carpenters audience is mostly 12 year olds who are now going to emulate her sexualising herself in a misogynistic way. Like we already knew vogue was a sexist rag dedicated to pushing women into paying to fix made up insecurities but everyday I’m disappointed a little more.

‘Oh, so you don’t like it when men call you darlin’ but you don’t mind when women do?’
Correct, in much the same way I will accept a sweet from my grandma but not from the terrifying clown in the gutter
