With the online ads ready, it won't be enough to catch the attention of new buyers. The problem here is how to come up with a new plan to attract the buyers. I can see the company is taking a form. I can see what which products I can change and improve on. What I am finding difficult is how I would compete with the existing companies which is already doing a great sale in the market. To run a business there is actually many aspects which is actually surprising and interesting and this is actually giving me an experience how to start my business in the future. Where will I get the Money?
If starting a new business or if am continuing on this business I would visit a bank to ask for a loan with a plan of my business.I would show them my strategic plan and how I would get my clients. Where my suppliers are going to come from. I will eventually sign for a personal guarantee to make me responsible for the loan.

Business Operations plan
My products will be all be ordered from a single company where all the inventories will be made for the needy products. The license that I would need for the company is from the City of Kitchener to allow us selling our products to the society and a permit from the health and safety organization. The business will start by publishing online ads and also on our website with great deals for new customers. We will start selling our products in store where we will explain everything that we are offering to our customers.

Strengths and Weaknesses
My strength for the entrepreneurial skills will be that I have a creative mind which makes me comes with different ideas and when there are challenges, I will definitely come with a creative solution. The self-confidence also will be a strength for me as I tend to have a lot of confidence when doing my works. I also know about my clear goals and set my goals. I put on a plan and follows step by step until I reach the goal. I tend to think that I can also be a good delegator which means that I am flexible when it comes to talking to people or doing a presentation. I also like to be independent that is where I feel more comfortable and at ease to have my work being done. I also like to build mutual relationship in and outside work. So, I will definitely have a good conversation and bring it up after the presentation is done and also may share contacts so as to be in touch not only inside but also outside of work. I tend to take risk when it comes to solutions which means that I might think beyond the solutions and come up with more innovative ideas. Taking risks usually brings more creative and interesting ideas from me.
The Weakness will be that I tend to have a little stress before having any meetings which sometimes make me forget what I have to say and usually this happens only when having presentations
