“I Am Majestic” Bath Ritual
Lavender buds
Rosemary sprigs
Lush’s Rose Jam shower gel, inscribing @sigils-in-your-area‘s “I am majestic” sigil
Lush’s Brightside bubble bar - SMALL AMOUNT! A little goes a long way!
Handful of oats
16oz of almond milk
Assorted flowers
Half dozen roses - use 3 for petals and toss 3 whole heads in
Medium sliced orange
Small sliced lemon
White candles
Layer ingredients as listed above, running the bath water after you have added the oats. As it fills, feel free to mix in the milk. Be sure to stir the water with your hands as the water rises, gently whispering your intent. You may also light your candles as you wait and be sure to exercise fire safety!
This bath is one of self care and love. Speak softly and kindly phrases such as “I am powerful” and “I am knowledgeable” when stirring - we want it to be brimming with lovely positivity! Once the tub is full, shut off the water and add your flowers and fruit.
Whilst in the tub, visualize any negative thoughts or energies being washed away. Deeply inhale the lovely fruity, floral scents around you. Think of yourself as royalty! You deserve this luxurious soak!
Remain in the tub for as little or long as you see fit. I stayed in until the water got chilly!
After your soak, be sure to drain the tub carefully - little bits like lavender buds and oats can clog your bath.
And that’s it, loves! You took a bath worthy of the majestic creature you are!
Note: You may use as many or as little of these ingredients as you like, or substitute if need be - whatever you need to make YOU feel great!

This is a decidedly unfriendly reminder that I don’t want you following me or liking/reblogging my posts if you are a Trump supporter, neo-Confederate, TERF, neo-Nazi, or a supporter of any other sort of white supremacist or fascist movement. Get the fuck out. I don’t want you here.

Please Read!!!!
So i don’t really post any personal stuff on here and not a lot of the 45 of you know me well but I’m A low class POC trans-guy who lives in the US.
I created a Paypal to help pay for a binder, packer, and some guy clothes. The ultimate goal is 100 or even 80$ but Just enough for a binder would suffice I’m pretty young and my mom is unsupportive. She has outright told me she doesn’t support my gender identity but I’m not in any danger (Luckier than most) My dad is out of the picture.
I don’t have any way of making the money myself without doing some illegal things that may become a last resort. I have a mental illness and being severely dysphoric really backtracks my progress. Even if you only donate 50 cents id be so grateful. I have a support system and I just need this to feel like myself. I can do Art, Magickal workings (Spell writing, divination, etc,) and One-shots of any ship if you want alongside your donation. Please even if you can’t donate spread the word.
If you know someone or even yourself that has old binders/guy clothes that you/they would like to giveaway it’d be greatly appreciated. I can’t pay for shipping fees though so that’s entirely up to you.
My paypal link is: paypal.me/tylersfund
This will also be pasted in my account bio.
Thank you for taking the time out to read this and I wish well upon anyone who can help spread the word. Sincerely,
~tyler

And maybe that’s why I’m constantly empty, bored, and unfulfilled. This life is not enough for me, not enough to hold my imagination. Sometimes I feel like there is a gift or ability or something locked in my mind. They say we only use 10% of our brain’s capacity. I often wonder what difference 1% would make to my life. Maybe then I wouldn’t feel so empty. Maybe maladaptive daydreamers are so caught up in their own heads because they’ve used 1% more of their brain. Maybe they’ve tapped into the time and space continuum. Maybe their realistic dreams are alternate universes. Maybe multiple personality sufferers have unlocked the key to the human body. It’s fact that the personalities can altar body chemistry according to the specific characteristics. What if the reason they are so feared is because they are the road to evolution? Maybe borderline sufferers are empaths - not emotionally unstable. I mean, look at the state of the earth. The bad outweighs the good, maybe borderlines just have keener sensitivity to that. Maybe sociopaths and psychopaths and schizophrenics are more in tune with the world; they see it for what it really is. Maybe the government are all lizards and maybe the moon is a hologram. Maybe everyone is a fucking liar and maybe I’m special after all. And maybe I’m not. Maybe I’m just sick. The world, my family, and myself it seems, believe in the latter.
Diary entry #2 / maybe im just sick J.W (via catwomvn)

Anansi sure knows how to make an entrance.
The second of American Gods, “The Secret of Spoons,” kicks off with one of the most memorable character introductions in ages. It’s one of the show’s “coming to America” vignettes, set aboard a Dutch slave ship on the Atlantic Ocean in 1697, and it highlights that not everyone who arrived in America with their gods came of their own free will. A man named Okoye, shackled and scared, called out to Anansi for help and offered gifts if his prayers were answered.
“Let me tell you a story,” Anansi started softly. “Once upon a time, a man got fucked. Now how’s that for a story? ‘Cause that’s the story of black people in America!”
For the next few minutes, the men on the ship (and some of the audience at home) are given a rude awakening. It’s a blunt and candid summation of what black people in America have waiting for them after reaching those shores for the next few hundred years. Although the men on that ship might have no idea what Anansi means when he tells them what will happen, the audience knows exactly what he’s talking about.
Anansi is an expert storyteller, and in the hands of Orlando Jones—who grew up hearing stories of Anansi long before he read American Gods—he’s absolutely captivating. He can enthrall and spin webs, rile up those who listen, or calm them down if he needed to. (In this case, he pulls absolutely zero punches.)
“I was blown away,” Jones told reporters last month during an American Gods press junket. “I joked when I first read it, I was like, ‘Man I didn’t know these guys [showrunners Bryan Fuller and Michael Green] were Black Panthers.’”
“It’s a brutally honest accounting of obviously the historical elements that come to play,” Jones continued. “It’s in the same way that I think we’re responding to all of our dialogue as the characters in that way that there’s a core resonating through it that we recognize as completely truthful, and you’re almost like, ‘Are they gonna let us say this?’”
They do that and more as Anansi convinces the men on the ship to kill all of the “Dutch motherfuckers” and burn down the ship, which will certainly kill them in the process. And Anansi has a message for them, one that might end up resonating with audiences after the show.
“Angry is good,” he said. “Angry gets. Shit. Done.” [x]

You’re an ancient Greek man coming home from 4 months of war to find your wife 3 months pregnant. Now you’ve embarked on a solemn quest: to punch Zeus in the face.
Soon after you begin your quest, you encounter another man in a similar situation. You decide to join forces, as two mortal men stand a better chance at punching Zeus than one. Two villages over, you encounter a woman who had relations with Zeus and was left with a highly aggressive half-boar half-man offspring. She too feels your anger and offers to join your quest. By the time you reach Mount Olympus, you’ve amassed a large and formidable army of cuckolded/ravished mortals, demigods with daddy issues, mythical creatures with scores to settle, and a seamstress who you’re pretty sure is Hera in disguise. Zeus never stood a chance.
I wanna read this book.
I want to read the book, watch the mini-series, and enjoy the inevitably anachronistic soundtrack.
