@rulesofroleplay defines godmodding as "taking control of another [writer's] character during roleplay." in other words, writing the action of a character that belongs to another writer without prior knowledge nor consent out of character. i urge writers to not following the term godmodding. it is frowned upon in the community & simply not proper writing etiquette. this is not only applied to private messages but to posts as well. communication is key for two sides to be happy.
