child abuse after you turn 18: you're now aware something is wrong but you're too old to be "rescued" or for anyone to care if your parents are "mean to you". Despite being traumatized, without survival skills or any confidence in yourself, you're told it's on you to gain income and move out, tasks your parents have convinced you are impossible for you and will sabotage your every try

Look around. How many people were conned into thinking that Trump is saving them? How many people were conned into thinking that mass deportations and hatred of LGBT people are going to make their lives better?

Promoting hatred of a vulnerable minority is not going to help you in any way. People with power have plenty of hatred for other vulnerable people and you. Hating other vulnerable people more won't cause people with power to hate you less.

i wanna say fuck you to anyone who shame disabled, chronically ill & neurodivergent people, especially homebound folks, for "spending too much time on their phone/on the internet/etc." when it's the only (Somewhat) accessible way for them to experience the world. many people don't get to get out much even if they want to because of their disabilities. shaming someone for trying to connect with the world, make friends and engage with hobbies in ways that are accessible to them is beyond cruel and unnecessary

Far too much talk about how "dangerous" psychotic/schizophrenic people are. Far too little talk about how easy it can be for an abuser to take advantage of a person who is already labeled as "crazy". We're usually among the victims - not the perpetrators.
