I have no clue what Selena is from. What is it?

(The icon and her design inspiration are Luna and Artemis from sailor moon

However she is an oc so not really from anywhere other then my brain, shes Artems familiar, she travels through shadows, and her fur inverts color when she travels because I can never remember if she was meant to be a black cat with a white crescent or a white cat with a black crescent so now she’s both)

Just like the backpack the basket is bigger on the inside. Within it is a wide variety of food, all of which seems to be the perfect temperature for said food.

There is also a letter that seems to have something more inside.

Inside the envelope is two bracelets, two rings, a necklace, and a note. The jewelry looks really fancy, with an old money vibe and a strange energy about them.

The note reads

“Hi kiddo,

I hope you enjoy the food, I wasn’t sure what you liked so I prepped a little of everything.

I also made you a set of protective charms which you should have found enclosed with the letter. The jewelry is from my mother’s collection. The tigers eye ring is enchanted so searching eyes will pass over you, be careful though as this can prevent attentive drivers and rescue teams from seeing you as well. The jade bracelet increases lucky openings in a fight. The other ring with no stones creates a bubble shield of magic around you, this specific enchantment was inspired by cell walls so think of yourself as the nucleus that determines what goes through the semipermeable membrane. Recent unplanned field test confirmed it can stop bullets.

The last bracelet and the necklace are both anti kidnapping protections. While wearing the bracelet, if someone touches you when you don’t want them to it’s like you have thorn armor on, and they will feel like they’re being stabbed. If they somehow get around that, if they say don’t feel pain or something then the necklace would come into play, and start filling their lungs with water from Gothams river, drowning them where they stand.

First letter reads

“Hello, this is Artem one of your new parents

Since you aren’t living in the manor I figured I’d send a travel bag to you ^u^

The enclosed note will explain the travel bag system along with the need to know info about the manor and an explanation on your allowance. Forgive that it’s written as if you’re staying in the manor, theres a lot to cover so to make sure nothing is forgotten it is a copy of the introductory packet all the kids get.

You should expect to see Selene again when it comes time to sign the adoption paperwork, shes my familiar and does a lot of the deliveries to help me keep in touch with the kids not living in the manor.

The bag is bigger on the inside than it is on the outside. There’s a highly modified gas mask, a knife, a first aid kit that’s stocked to goonion standard, some kind of panic button that’s labeled as such, a flashlight, a debit card, several strange looking gizmos, a map of Gotham that seems to lay out various kinds of dangers- there seems to be goonion plans for attacks for various dimensions (but only enough information that it can be within contract to share such info with close family giving a general area to avoid) as well as highlights for areas with lots of meta traffickers, and a few points of interest that don’t make sense like the blue points being ‘unusual squirrel movements’- and finally there appears to be an envelop
