Things were looking up for the Latina, happy married with only a few people knowing, her album finally complete and her husband going on tour soon, there wasn’t any negative vibes from the young singer. She just wanted to celebrate her best achievements in life before she was thrown back into work in the next few weeks. 

As the car pulled up, Selena turned to her partner in crime for the night, Adele. The two had hit it off when they first met and Selena was more than eager to have their friendship grow and develop since they both had to deal with the same ups and downs in the business. “Let’s get our party on!” She yelled, pushing the door open and stepping out. Closing the door and walking around the car. Waiting for Adele to exit the car as well. @addiehq

Joe would be lying if he said he didn’t feel some sort of emptiness in him when he didn’t have Selena around him. He knew that he’d eventually have to part from his wife when tour really got hectic and she had to do her own thing, but having her around was everything to him. “I missed you more…” He whispered back into her ear and placing a few kisses on her neck, working his way up to her jawline.

Just as she pulled away, he still kept her close to him. Hips against hips. There was so much madness around them with everyone chattering away and trying to get the finishing touches set for the night, but somehow nothing could compare to what he had in front of him. His wife. No one had his attention at that moment like she did and would for the rest of her stay. Breaking his attention that focused on her and her only, he looked down at her hand that had the coffee. That’s when it realized he hadn’t had a cup of coffee since the day before. So much had been going on he barely had time to do anything but rehearse. “Thank you, babe. It’s been so crazy lately I forgot all about coffee. So thank you. My actual angel for saving my life.” Joe said playfully before returning the kiss.

It wasn’t easy on both of them being away from each other. They had gotten used to seeing the other every day so when Joe left for Florida, Selena did her best to keep herself busy as a distraction. Though it never stopped the heartache she had knowing he wasn’t there at night or in the morning to give her a kiss and tell her he loved her. This was the worst part of their careers and it would only get harder. 

“Joseph...” Selena let out a soft moan of his name, eyes fluttering closed and leaning her head to the side to give him more room. Trying to hold herself back, almost forgetting they still had company around them. “Duh, I’ve got that connection with you. Remember? We share the same mind.” She giggled, letting go of the cup and placing her hands in his back pockets. “Can we go somewhere private for a minute?” The young starlet begged, wanting to get back to their intimate moment.

So much good had been going on in Joe’s life. To say that the universe was finally giving him a good break was an understatement. Newly married and being back with his brothers to do what they loved the most was quite literally the best and Joe was living his dream. Knowing that his wife was on her way to the arena they were going to be opening at had him excited; Selena was the only thing on his mind. Sure he knew that he had to focus on rehearsing and making sure he was prepared for opening night but at that moment he couldn’t help it.

“One, two, oneeeeee….” Joe sang the first two numbers into the microphone. All three of them were testing out all the equipment once more before they went on to run through each song they were going to perform. Throwing his microphone up in the air and catching it, that’s when he heard a familiar voice coming from behind him. His smile grew a lot wider than it already was and his excitement to see his wife was evident enough. Running up to her, he quickly and carefully took her into his arms for a long embrace. It had felt like it was centuries since they had last seen one another but it wasn’t. “I’m glad you’re here. I’ve been missing you so much these past few days.”

Once he turned around, she couldn’t hide the happiness shining in her eyes and the brightest smile on her glossy lips. Stretching her arms out in front of her, she wiggled her fingers with her free hand to get him to come to her. The second his arms were around her, she felt at peace. This was her home, just being in his arms. “I missed you too, mi amor.” Whispering softly in his ear. One arm wrapped around his back while the other kept the hot coffee away so nobody got burned. That’s the last thing they needed before the show.

Reluctantly, she pulled back. Just enough to look him in the eyes. The lights above them making their eyes glimmer. The sound of guitars being strummed through the amplifiers and people chatting about the set were buzzing around them but Selena was too focus on the love of her life to pay attention to any of that. “I got you some coffee. Just the way you like it.” She offered him the cup, but not before she stood on her toes to give him a kiss.

Selena hadn’t stopped smiling since she had gotten off the plane from Los Angeles to Miami. She had been excited to reunite with her husband since he left to prepare for tour, which had made her excitement grow even bigger. She knew how important this day was for him, for all the brothers. It had been ten years since they last went on tour and the anticipation of getting back out there was something Joe hadn’t stopped talking about and she loved that. She was getting to watch him perform again as the Jonas Brothers. This time as a married couple and not just friends. 

Of course, the Latina was wearing the Happiness begins crewneck and grey hat she had begged her husband for, matched with black leggings. Wanting to go all out with supporting him today, and every day they’d be on tour. Whether she was able to be with him or not. Making quick work getting around the back of the stage, she could hear him clear as day, testing out the microphone through the speakers. Climbing the stairs with a coffee in hand, she appeared behind him. She hadn’t told him when she would be arriving exactly, just that she would be here before the concert started. “Sounds great babe!” She yelled, stopping in her place and waiting for him to look behind him at her. @josephjonaz
