Ok, I kept thinking about this for my headcanon of Plutocrat
Hear me out...Ok?
He is chonky right? Well, I headcanon that he is built with this as his chonkiness.
Yes, these are Gel Ice Packs. And for Cosmo's Body, it is very more durable than the regular Gel Ice Packs.
In other words, he has a gel ice pack built in on his body and it literally stores some extra cold temperatures to keep him nice and cool. Bonus points if those Gel Ice Packs are filled with Gel Beads for his body.

yaaay i saw the satellites again yaaay!!! < in all seriousness i love your art and the take on them you have, especially the way you make hydra and styx look similar but different enough to tell apart at first glance.
and the fact styx has the more "friendly" look with less detailed/pronounced teeth but isn't actually as friendly as he looks! YAY!!
Yaaaaay yes!! I love to make more notable cogs more distinguishable between them! Esp when they have kinda distinct personalities (my designs go off the cheats and personal headcanons for the investors personally!)
