I'm not even active here anymore but, if anyone wants to help me with frog dilemmas...

Absolutely torn between a pair of Ranitomeya imitator frogs for my vivarium and a small group of Epipedobates anthonyi.

Ranitomeya imitator:

Absolutely STUNNING little jewels

Extremely tiny even by poison dart frog standards! I consider this a significant plus

Territorial, so I can only house 2, a breeding pair

Egg feeders, where the females deposit sterile eggs for the developing tadpoles to eat - EXTREMELY cool behavior

Potentially very shy, part of the reason they're not recommended as a beginner species

Epipedobates anthonyi:

Less brightly colored, but still pretty!

Larger (relatively speaking)

I could keep a small group of 5 or so!

Breeds readily - but no egg feeding

Males perch up high to call, easy to observe!

Recommended as a starter species!

Just woke up and was overcome with the idea of making a onesie for little Jonna. Sadly this was the smallest I could make my pen so it looks a little messy.

Extra Bewildered Broom or Magic Carpet?

I got all the new NotN familiars except the Bewildered Broom and Magic Carpet, but do have doubles+ of everything else except the Killer Keyboard. Anyone interested in trading?

I was gifted what I needed! In the spirit of passing it on, if you’re missing a NotN familiar let me know and I’ll see what I can do! <3

Today I opened up my stored chests! I had 750 Rusted Iron Treasure Chests, 438 Iron Treasure Chests, 238 Gilded Treasure Chests, plus 109 Strange Chests, plus all the other miscellaneous chests I’ve gotten. Altogether, I got:

365 familiars, 24 of which are new to me. Of the ones that are new, 9 are NotN familiars

837 pieces of apparel

4,380,587 treasure

4,811 gems

9 Nocturne Eggs and 1 Nocturne breed change scroll

So, all in all, a very successful night. :3

I finally FINALLY got my last dragonflies for my longwing epiptite, so now I just need to wait for Swipp to get the trade in. SO CLOSE, AND YET SO FAR.

I’m also missing 9 festival familiars (all Gem Guardians and Ambassadors) and I might look into seeing if anyone will trade for some/all of them in exchange for a sprite. The downside to taking a break and being a minor completionist.

I HATCHED MY MOON/PEAR/FIRE BABY TODAY! I was hoping for a male I could breed with my moon/pear/peach girl, so I might give it a couple more nests to see if I can get a male, but. EEEEE MOON/PEAR/FIRE BABY!
